><p><strong>近四成受訪者對慢性病認識不足存有謬誤僅三成半從專業平台取得健康資訊</strong></p> <p><strong>香港復康會設立「康程式」e2Care助市民方便快捷了解慢性病及實踐健康生活習慣</strong></p> <p>由香港賽馬會慈善信託基金撥捐逾一千九百萬港元予香港復康會，成立香港復康會賽馬會學習及支援中心，並開展「康程式」(簡稱e2Care) 計劃。今日邀得勞工及福利局局長張建宗先生, GBS, JP、香港賽馬會慈善及社區事務執行總監張亮先生及香港復康會副會長張偉良先生, MBE, QGM於香港復康會賽馬會學習及支援中心一同為「康程式」計劃揭開序幕。「康程式」計劃為期三年，全方位從線上網上學習系統、應用程式，到建立學習及支援中心，為關注健康人士、慢性病患者及溝通障礙人士，提供專業可靠的全面支援，包括復康、運動、飲食營養、心靈抗逆等資訊以及自我管理健康的工具。</p> <p>香港賽馬會慈善及社區事務執行總監張亮先生表示：「隨著香港人口老化，加上長期病患者有年輕化趨勢，健康管理相關的社區復康服務需要全面拓展。馬會今次捐助近二千萬港元，成立香港復康會賽馬會學習及支援中心，以及支持為期三年的『康程式』計劃，務求運用資訊科技的普及和便利，透過網上學習系統與簡單易用的流動應用程式，協助大眾掌握自己的生活和健康，更容易接觸專業的健康及疾病管理資訊。」</p> <p>根據政府統計處2015年的人口調查報告，預計在2041年，六十五歲或以上的長者將佔整體人口三分之一。隨著人口老化，患慢性病的人也會越來越多，相信慢性病管理服務的需求在未來十至十五年會持續增加。有見及此，香港復康會早前以街頭訪問及網上問卷調查方式訪問了311名市民，收集大眾對慢性病的認知狀況、獲取健康資訊來源的取向及健康生活習慣的數據，並進行分析。</p> <p>從病人角度提供慢性病的專業知識及實踐健康生活的工具<br /> 香港復康會的健康資訊認知與生活習慣調查結果顯示有近四成受訪者對慢性病認識存有謬誤，例如認為糖尿病不能吃甜食及高血壓會直接導致死亡。香港中文大學公共衞生及基層醫療臨床教授暨健康教育及促進健康中心總監李大拔教授指出﹕「為了達成健康的目的，人們不但會堅信做特定行為會有正面的成果，還會評估實行特定行為的實質好處。所以，個人教育重要，教育大眾對健康有正面的態度更重要。而『康程式』所提供的專業資訊非一般的專業資訊，而是針對病人日常面對的疑惑及日常實踐健康生活方法而製作的資訊平台，另有健康紀錄工具讓患者紀錄身心健康狀況、醫療日誌及習慣，方便自我管理健康及與醫護人員溝通，藉得大眾參考使用」</p> <p>配合時代趨勢為關注健康人士提供容易接觸的可靠健康資訊<br /> 調查顯示，超過五成受訪者透過親朋好友及社交群組或網站獲取健康資訊，但只有少數人認為以上渠道是最可信的健康資訊來源，可見現時依賴網絡及社交群組取得健康訊息是趨勢，但同時亦對網上健康資訊的可信度感到質疑。而被最多人選為最可信的健康資訊來源是專業人士，有近八成人選擇，但只有近三成半受訪者最常以「專業人士」為獲取健康資訊的來源。</p> <p>香港復康會康程式計劃策導委員會聯席主席莫關雁卿博士以自身經歷表示：「相信原因與一般人平時較難接觸醫生或營養師等專業人士有關，例如有很多人對中風後的溝通障礙都缺乏認識，認為溝通障礙不能根治。以我為例，十九年前我中風後患上溝通障礙，不能用言語表達自己。言語治療師建議我從日常與別人對話及看電視學習說話，結果我花了五至六年的時間學習用中文溝通，但其實方法會受制於單向式的電視及不能隨時伴在左右進行對話練習的人們。因此，隨著互聯網及手機應用程式的普及，我們致力研發『康程式』成為專業可靠的網上學習平台及應用程式，務求縮短患者的治療時間及順應潮流，讓一般人可以隨時隨地不用尋找專業人士，只要透過手機及網絡亦可容易接觸到專業可靠的健康資訊。」</p> <p>綜合各方經驗及知識推動實踐健康生活習慣<br /> 數據指出逾九成受訪者重視自己的健康，但仍有近三成半人完全沒有做到世界衛生組織建議的每週最少150分鐘的運動習慣。接近七成半受訪者認為容易實踐是提升他們建立健康生活習慣的關鍵因素。</p> <p>61歲患有高血壓及糖尿病病人「水哥」使用「康程式」後表示﹕「『康程式』是比較可靠的網站，比從前上網『盲中中』隨處尋找資訊方便及值得參考。他表示高血壓需要多運動及注意飲食，在網站內可找到一些運動示範短片，方便跟著做，又不怕忘記運動招式；另外從『降壓食物大本營』的食物資料庫內，可隨時查看哪些食物含豐富的鉀、鈣、鎂，有助降壓，他發現椰菜便是其中一種既容易買到又方便烹調的食物，以後可加入他的日常菜式中。」</p> <p>「康程式」的內容是集合醫生、護士及治療師的知識；香港復康會二十年來的復康經驗；及病人過往經驗於一身的健康資訊平台，又以不同形式傳遞資訊，方便用家容易實踐，提升大眾在踏入老齡化前實踐健康生活習慣的動力。</p> <p>除了網上學習系統及應用程式外，香港復康會亦設立了香港復康會賽馬會學習及支援中心為慢性病病人及溝通障礙症患者提供更全面的支援。患者可先自行使用網上學習系統或應用程式學習，再到中心與其他病友交流及討論相關知識，提升治療效率。另外，現時香港缺乏對溝通障礙症的社區復康支援，因此，香港復康會將於六月推出言語治療復康應用程式，配合全新的治療模式，為有溝通障礙的中風患者提供言語治療復康訓練。</p>
