You can present from a folder or directly from any item in your Workspace.</p> <div style="background: var(--pharos-alert-color-background-info); border: 1px solid var(--pharos-alert-color-border-info); border-radius: var(--pharos-radius-base-standard); padding: var(--pharos-spacing-1-x);"> <strong>Note:</strong> The contents of subfolders will not be displayed when presenting items in a folder.</div> <h3 id="folder">From a folder</h3> <p>To present a folder, open the overflow menu after the folder name and select <strong>Present</strong>.</p> <p><img src="/hc/article_attachments/25134384426903" alt="Present option in folder overflow drop-down menu"></p> <p>Alternatively, open the folder you want to present and click the <strong>Present</strong> button after the folder description.</p> <p><img src="/hc/article_attachments/25134356022423" alt="Present button in folder action menu"></p> <p>Your presentation will start with the first item in the folder based on the folder sorting option you've chosen.
