On Thursday, Pope Benedict XVI officially stepped down and entered a life of seclusion- citing "his advanced age." The 85-year-old is now Pope Emeritus. He was elected in 2005 after the death of John Paul II.  The German priest made his last appearance Thursday on the balcony of the Castel Gandolfo in Italy. His resignation is the first of its kind in the church in nearly 600 years.<br/><br/> Now, Catholics are left asking "what's next?"
