for they repented upon the preaching of Jonas, and behold a greater than Jonas <Fr><i>is</i><FR> here.<Fr><p> <A name="34"></a><p class="hdg">The Lamp of the Body<br /><span class="cross">(<a href ="../matthew/6.htm#22">Matthew 6:22–24</a>)</span><p><span class="reftext"><a href="/luke/11-33.htm"><b>33</b></a></span><FR>But <Fr><i>yet</i><FR> no one having lighted a candle putteth it into a secret place, nor under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they who come in may see the light.<Fr> <A name="35"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/luke/11-34.htm"><b>34</b></a></span><FR>The eye is the candle of the body: therefore when thine eye is clear, thy whole body also is light;
