an den Frankfurter Wallanlagen. Die Wallanlagen bilden eine ringförmige Grünanlage um die Innenstadt von Frankfurt am Main. Sie entstanden Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen Frankfurter Stadtbefestigung. Um die Wallanlagen verläuft der Frankfurter Anlagenring. Die Wallanlagen gliedern sich in sieben Abschnitte, die überwiegend den Namen der ehemaligen Stadttore tragen. Dies sind die Untermainanlage, die Gallusanlage, die Taunusanlage, die Bockenheimer Anlage, die Eschenheimer Anlage, die Friedberger Anlage und die Obermainanlage.<br> Der Willy-Brandt-Platz und die Städtischen Bühnen liegen an der Untermainanlage.</p></div></div></div> <div id="c1272" class="frame frame-type-textmedia container "><header><h3 class=""> Städtische Bühnen </h3></header><div class="ce-textpic ce-center ce-above"><div class="ce-bodytext"><p>Am Willy-Brandt-Platz, dem ehemaligen Theaterplatz, finden sie links die Städtischen Bühnen, ein 1951 bis 1963 entstandener Neubau. Die Städtischen Bühnen beherbergen die kommunalen Theaterbetriebe in Frankfurt am Main und die größten in Hessen. Sie sind aufgegliedert in das <a href="http://www.oper-frankfurt.de/" target="_blank" class="external-link-new-window" data-htmlarea-external="1" title="Website der Oper Frankfurt" rel="noreferrer">Opernhaus</a> mit 1.400 Plätzen, das <a href="http://www.schauspielfrankfurt.de/" target="_blank" class="external-link-new-window" data-htmlarea-external="1" title="Website des Schauspiel Frankfurt" rel="noreferrer">Schauspielhaus</a> mit 710 Plätzen und das Kammerspiel mit 200 Plätzen.</p><p>Die Oper Frankfurt ist 1995 und 2003 von der Zeitschrift „Opernwelt“ als Opernhaus des Jahres ausgezeichnet worden.</p></div></div></div> <div id="c1273" class="frame frame-type-textmedia container "><header><h3 class=""> Frankfurter Märchenbrunnen </h3></header><div class="ce-textpic ce-center ce-above"><div class="ce-bodytext"><p>In der Anlage vor den städtischen Bühnen steht der Märchenbrunnen, ein Jugendenstil-Brunnen von Ernst Friedrich Hausmann. Der Brunnen wurde 1910 fertiggestellt. Die Bronzefiguren am Fuße des 8 Meter hohen Brunnens sind im Zweiten Weltkrieg eingeschmolzen worden bis man sie 2006 anhand von Fotografien aus den Zwanziger Jahren wieder rekonstruiert
