The Association’s internal databases are secured by a firewall and anti-virus software to ensure, so far as practicable, that they are not accessed by unauthorised parties.</p> <p>If third party providers are used in connection with the storage of personal information it is standard practice to require these third party providers, through agreements with them, to comply with the Association’s security guidelines and this Privacy Policy.
