Data was\ncollected from 275 convenience store managers in Malaysia using a\nset of questionnaire. The multiple linear regression results indicate\nthat inventory management, supplier-retailer relationship, logistics\nservices and internal relationship are predictors of supplier\nperformance as perceived by convenience store managers. However,\nICT usage is not a predictor of supplier performance. The study\nfocuses only on convenience stores and petrol station convenience\nstores and concentrates only on managers. The results provide\ninsights to suppliers who serve convenience stores and possibly\nsimilar retail format on factors to consider in improving their service\nto retailers.
