that they might accuse Him. <A name="4"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/mark/3-3.htm"><b>3</b></a></span>And He saith to the man having the withered hand, <FR>"Arise in the midst."<Fr> <A name="5"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/mark/3-4.htm"><b>4</b></a></span>And He saith to them, <FR>"Is it lawful on the sabbath to <i>do</i> good, or to do harm, to save a life, or to kill?"<Fr> But they were silent. <A name="6"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/mark/3-5.htm"><b>5</b></a></span>And having looked round about on them with anger, and being grieved at the hardness of their heart, He saith to the man, <FR>"Stretch forth your hand."<Fr> And he stretched it forth; and from Judaea, <A name="9"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/mark/3-8.htm"><b>8</b></a></span>and from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and beyond the Jordan, and about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, hearing what things He was doing, came to Him. <A name="10"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/mark/3-9.htm"><b>9</b></a></span>And He spake to His disciples, that a little boat should wait, on Him, lest they should throng Him;
