Reference Validator?</a></h2>\n\n<p>The\u00a0<a>INSPIRE</a>\u00a0Reference Validator is a reusable open-source tool, based on the\u00a0<a>ETF open-source testing framework</a>, which allows data providers, solution providers and national coordinators to check whether metadata, data sets and network services meet the requirements defined in the INSPIRE Implementing Rules and the related Technical Guidelines.</p>\n\n<p>It provides input to INSPIRE Monitoring process that takes place each year in December.</p>\n\n<blockquote>\n<p>It started to be developed under\u00a0<a>ISA</a>\u00a0Programme\u00a0<a>ARE3NA</a>\u00a0action and now continues under\u00a0<a>ISA2</a>\u00a0programme\u00a0<a>ELISE</a>\u00a0action.</p>\n</blockquote>\n\n<h2><a>INSPIRE Reference Validator features</a></h2>\n\n<p>The INSPIRE Reference Validator provides detailed test reports to help Directive implementers understand how well their metadata, data sets, services or INSPIRE Reference Validator offers you a simple way to verify their compliance.</p>\n\n<h2><a>What the INSPIRE Reference Validator offers you?</a></h2>\n\n<p>The INSPIRE Reference Validator allows you to verify that the resources you provide meet the INSPIRE Directive requirements.</p>\n\n<p>It offers you a user-friendly UI to quickly test a small set of resources and the possibility to install it at your premises to execute a large volume of validation tests.</p>\n\n<p><a>All the operations offered can be also used through the API.</a></p>\n\n<h2><a>Some reusers of the software</a></h2>\n\n<p>Some Member States and some final users installed the tool on their servers to speed up the validation processes and to make it available when they need it.</p>\n\n<p>These
