This will provide an in-depth analysis of subjects and update the knowledge of the participants from academic/research institutions. The guidelines aim at bringing in transparency, clarity and uniformity to the attendees of the conference.</p> <h5><strong>General:</strong></h5> <ul class="list-group show"> <li class="list-group-item">The content of the website is for your general information and use only. It is subjected to change without notice.</li> <li class="list-group-item">Once registered towards the conference, organization can use the logos and affiliation of the speakers/ exhibitor/sponsors/media partners in the promotional materials and website.</li> <li class="list-group-item">Organization has the right to cancellation of participation at any point due to misbehaviour, and there will be no refund for the same.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="col-md-12 col-xs-12 terms_policy"> <div class="col-md-6 col-xs-12"> <h5><strong>Press/Media</strong></h5> <blockquote> Press permission must be obtained from Meetings International Conferences Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Meetings International is an objective third-party non profit organization. This conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company. </blockquote> </div> <div class="col-md-6 col-xs-12"> <h5><strong>Insurance</strong> </h5> <blockquote> It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. Meetings International cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property. </blockquote> </div> </div> <div class="col-md-12 col-xs-12"> <h5><strong>Letter of Invitation:</strong> </h5> <p> For many people, letters of invitation help smooth the visa process and we wish to support international attendees in their efforts to secure the needed travel documentation. However, in order to receive a letter of invitation, the meeting organizers must be assured that you intend to attend the meeting if your travel request is granted. Individuals that require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the meeting must first register for the meeting and then request a Visa Letter of Invitation via email by writing to us at <a href="mailto:fetalmedicine@meetingsint.net"><strong>fetalmedicine@meetingsint.net</strong></a></p> Details to be sent for letter of invitation: <ol type="1"> <li>Full name</li> <li>Affiliation</li> <li>Passport Number</li> <li>Scan copy of passport</li> <li>Contact details</li> <li>Nationality</li> <li> Purpose of visit: Speaker/Delegate. <ul> <li>Your name must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. Any differences between the name on your passport and the name on your invitation letter or other documentation could lead to a delay and/or denial of your visa. </li> <li>If you are presenting a paper, include the title and session in which the paper will be presented, or if you are exhibiting, please indicate so in your request.</li> <li>All letters will be sent in PDF form to the email address provided.</li> <li>Organization is not subject to contact the embassy directly on behalf of a participant. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his / her visa requirements.</li> <li>Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure.</li> </ul> </li> </ol> </div> <div class="col-md-12 col-xs-12"> <h4 class="text-center">Cancellation, Postponement and Transfer of Registration</h4> <p> All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to <a href="mailto:finance@meetingsint.com"><strong>finance@meetingsint.com</strong> </a> </p> <div class="col-md-6 col-xs-12"> <h5><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong></h5> <p> If Meetings International cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Meetings International event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation. </p> <h5><strong>Postponement</strong></h5> <p> If Meetings International postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Meetings International event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement. </p> <h5><strong>Transfer of registration</strong></h5> <p> All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to conference email id and <a href="mailto:finance@meetingsint.com"><strong>finance@meetingsint.com</strong> </a>. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. </p> <p> Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Meetings International if the person is unable to attend one of conferences. </p> <p> However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 15 days of respective conference. </p> <p> The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund. </p> <h5><strong>Visa Information</strong></h5> <p> Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible. Meetings International will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only. </p> </div> <div class="col-md-6 col-xs-12"> <p> Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of Meetings International, including the inability to obtain a visa. </p> <h5><strong>Refund Policy:</strong></h5> <p> If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply: </p> <p> Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs- </p> <p> Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $100 service Fee </p> <p>Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund</p> <p>Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund</p> <p>E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.</p> <h5><strong>Accommodation Cancellation Policy:</strong></h5> <p> Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. Meetings International will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits. </p> <h5><strong>Feedback</strong></h5> <p> For all our meetings, delegates are encouraged to provide feedback on their meetings international conference experience via a short survey.
