While he said he's 'aware of why and how this change is being made,' he wouldn't offer details of the new service.&quot;</p><p>Adalian said the replacement would likely be a joint venture between the Fox Cable Networks group and an outside party.</p><p>Fox currently does that with its National Geographic and its En Espanol channels.
