سی) کو دہشت گرد تنظیم قرار دے دیا۔</p> <p>غیر ملکی خبر رساں اداروں کے مطابق ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ نے کہا کہ 'یہ مثالی اقدام اس حقیقت کو تسلیم کرتا ہے کہ صرف ایران دہشت گردی کو فروغ نہیں دے رہا، بلکہ پاسداران انقلاب ریاستی آلہ کار کے طور پر دہشت گردی کے فروغ میں فعال کردار ادا کر رہی ہے۔'</p> <p>اس اعلان کے بعد امریکی اسٹیٹ سیکریٹری مائیک پومپیو نے تمام بینکوں اور کاروباری افراد کو پاسداران انقلاب سے تعلقات کے نتائج سے خبردار کیا ہے۔</p> <p>انہوں نے صحافیوں کو بتایا کہ ’دنیا بھر میں تمام کاروباروں اور بینکوں پر ذمہ داری عائد ہوتی ہے کہ وہ اس بات کو یقینی بنائیں کہ جن کمپنیوں سے مالیاتی معاملات طے کو دہشت گرد قرار دیئے جانے کے ساتھ ساتھ اس پر پابندیاں بھی عائد کی گئی ہیں، جن کے تحت ایرانی مسلح فوج کے اثاثے منجمد کیے جائیں گے۔</p> <p>اس کے ساتھ ہی امریکی شہریوں پر پاسداران انقلاب کے ساتھ کاروبار کرنے پر بھی پابندی عائد کی گئی ہے۔</p> <h3 id="5cab76b64ff1d">امریکی فیصلے کے اثرات</h3> <p>اس فیصلے کے تحت امریکا کو ان تمام افراد کے داخلے پر پابندی کی اجازت ہوگی جنہوں نے پاسداران انقلاب کو تعاون فراہم کیا۔</p> <p>اس میں یورپی اور ایشیائی کمپنیاں اور کاروباری افراد شامل ہوسکتے ہیں جو پاسداران انقلاب سے ملحقہ اداروں کے ساتھ کام کرتے ہیں۔</p> <p>امریکا کے اس فیصلے سے سفارت کاری بھی پیچیدہ ہوجائے انٹیلی جنس ایجنسیوں نے اس اقدام کے تحت پاسداران انقلاب کے عہدیداران سے ملاقات یا بات چیت کی وجہ سے غیر ملکی حکام سے رابطہ کرنے کی اجازت نہ دیے جانے کے امکان پر خدشات کا اظہار کیا ہے۔</p> <p>ان ہی خدشات کی وجہ سے ماضی کی حکومتوں نے یہ فیصلہ نہیں کیا تھا جس پر گزشتہ دہائی سے غور کیا جارہا ہے۔</p> <p>گزشتہ روز ایران کے اراکین پارلیمنٹ نے امریکا کو خبردار کیا تھا کہ اگر اس نے پاسداران انقلاب کو دہشت گرد قرار دیا تو وہ بھرپور جواب دیں گے۔</p> <p>ایرانی پارلیمنٹ کے 290 میں سے 255 اراکین کی جانب سے جاری بیان میں کہا گیا تھا کہ ‘اگر اس فورس کے خلاف کارروائی کی گئی تو ہم اس پر جوابی کارروائی کریں گے’۔</p> <p>مشترکہ بیان میں کہا گیا تھا کہ ’امریکا خود مشرق وسطیٰ میں دہشت گردوں کا تخلیق کار اور حامی ہے اور اس کے رہنما اس نامناسب اور احمقانہ کارروائی پر نادم ہوں گے‘۔</p> <p>یاد رہے کہ اسلامی پاسداران انقلاب کی بنیاد 1979 میں رکھی گئی تھی جس کا مقصد انقلابی رہنماؤں کی سیکیورٹی تھا اور اب بھی روایتی فوجی یونٹ کے بجائے سیکیورٹی کی ذمہ داری پاسدران انقلاب کی ہے۔</p> <p>پاسداران انقلاب کو
