<p><p>妙酱(深圳)酒业集团有限公司地处国酒之乡，神秘赤水河畔——茅台镇7.5平方公里核心产区。自1798年起，妙酱集团的前身——“汤氏作坊”，就同与这一方乡土的人们，共同享受着茅台镇得天独厚的地理优势，这里远离高原气流，终日云雾密集，炎热、少风、高温，使参与酱香酒酿造过程中的微生物群在此易于生长，而风速小，冬暖、夏热、少雨、少风的特殊气候对于酿造酱香酒微生物的栖息和繁殖十分有利。</p> <p>妙酱(深圳)酒业集团有限公司的酿酒车间依赤水河而建，是集白酒研发、生产、销售的一体化集团企业。截止目前，酒厂现占地150亩，员工290余人，技术骨干30余名，已建成酿造车间4栋，制曲车间2栋，包装车间1栋，包装生产流水线2条，酒库6栋，库存基酒8000余吨，年生产、包装优质酱香型白酒可达7000吨，包装90万件，以专注、专业的队伍，规范、严谨的管理，潜心打造品牌酱香白酒。为地方财政提供稳定税收来源的同时，带动当地种植业、包装印刷和交通运输等相关产业的发展，为仁怀市茅台镇经济快速增长做出积极贡献。</p> <p>妙酱集团公司自始至终，要求团队恪守酱香型白酒传统工艺酿造，每一位员工坚守“品质虽高必不敢省物料，酿造虽繁必不敢省人工”的精神! 有了品质的保障，结合茅台镇得天独厚的自然生态资源，精心酿造，不断的对传统的酿酒工艺进行学习及完善，形成了大曲酱香传统工艺的酿酒技术。</p> <p>妙酱集团制酒，秉承茅台镇：端午制曲，重阳下沙，两次投粮、九蒸九煮、八次发酵、七次取酒、历时一年的传统酿造工艺。经过如此繁复的工艺酿造出来的酱酒，还需要经过三年以上的窖藏，才投放到市面上，酿造出的作品风格具有“酒体醇净、幽雅细腻、回味悠长、空杯留香持久”的特点，我们专注高品质白酒酿造，独特酱香酒工艺酿制高品质健康白酒。高品质酱香型白酒特点突出，酱香酒灌装工艺流程繁琐，需要经历九次蒸煮，八次发酵，七次取酒，再经过精心的勾调，才能封坛入存，整个过程需要经历一年的时间。公司酿造的白酒在茅台镇酱香酒序列中排名前十，出品的酒系列产品价格适中，口感绵柔醇厚，巧用古法，纯粮酿造!</p>
