from all across the globe to exchange knowledge and ideas. Our conferences provide an in-depth analysis of subjects and update the knowledge of the participants from academic/research institutions. The terms and conditions guidelines help in bringing transparency, clarity and uniformity to the attendees of the conference.</p> <h5><strong>Participation:</strong></h5> <ul class="highlight-text"> <li class="list-group-item">1. To participate for a conference, participants must:<br> (A) Register for the conference, which can be done exclusively via an on-line form available at the conference鈥檚 website.<br> (B) Pay the conference fee, as defined by the Organiser. <li class="list-group-item">2. The Organiser reserves a right to modify the list of speakers and/or the agenda for reasons beyond its control. The Organiser shall not be held liable in any way for damages vis-a-vis the Participants in such event.</li> <li class="list-group-item">3. The Organiser reserves a right to alter the Conference date for reasons beyond its control. In such event, Participants shall have a right to cancel their participation free of charge. The Organiser shall not be responsible for covering any additional expenses of the Participants made in association with the Conference.</li> <li class="list-group-item">4. The number of speaker slots are limited. Participants will be enlisted on the first come first serve basis.</li> <li class="list-group-item">5. Organization has the right to cancellation of participation at any point due to misbehaviour, and there will be no refund for the same.</li> </ul> <h5><strong>Registration:</strong></h5> <ul class="highlight-text"> <li class="list-group-item">For online registrations, participants can register for the conference via an on-line form available on the website. Then they can either make the payment through credit/debit card or PayPal.</li> <li class="list-group-item">For offline registrations, participants can submit the invoice provided by the respective conference manager and complete the transaction through bank to bank transfer.</li> <li class="list-group-item">The conference shall be open for registration from the registration open date until the commencement of the event.</li> <li class="list-group-item">During their registration process, participants must fill all fields marked (*).</li> <li class="list-group-item">Participants thereby guarantee that all the details filled in is correct.</li> <li class="list-group-item">All paid participants will be receiving the payment receipt within 24-48 hours of their successful payment.</li> <li class="list-group-item">Once registered towards the conference, organization can use the logos and affiliation of the speakers/ exhibitor/sponsors/media partners in the promotional materials and website.</li> </ul> </div> <div class="col-md-12"> <div class="row"> <div class="col-md-6"> <h5><strong>Press/Media</strong></h5> <blockquote> Press permission must be obtained from Meetings International Conferences Operating Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. Meetings International is a third-party non-profit organization. It is not associated with any commercial meeting company. </blockquote> </div> <div class="col-md-6"> <h5><strong>Insurance</strong> </h5> <blockquote> It is the responsibility of all attendees to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. However, in order to receive a letter of invitation, the meeting organizers must be assured that you intend to attend the meeting if your travel request is granted. Individuals that require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the meeting must first register for the conference and then request the Letter of Invitation via email by writing to us at <a href="mailto:contact@meetingsint.com"><strong>contact@meetingsint.com</strong></a></p> Details to be sent for letter of invitation: <ol type="1"> <li>Full name</li> <li>Affiliation</li> <li>Passport Number</li> <li>Scan copy of passport</li> <li>Contact details</li> <li>Nationality</li> <li> Purpose of visit: Speaker/Delegate. <ul class="list-arrow"> <li>Your name must be listed exactly as it appears on your passport. Any differences between the name on your passport and the name on your invitation letter or other documentation could lead to a delay and/or denial of your visa.</li> <li>If you are presenting a paper, include the title and session in which the paper will be presented, or if you are exhibiting, please indicate so in your request.</li> <li>All letters will be sent in PDF form to the email address provided.</li> <li>Organization is not subject to contact the embassy directly on behalf of a participant. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his / her visa requirements.</li> <li>Attendees who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure.</li> </ul> </li> </ol> </div> </div> <div class="row">  <div class="col-md-12 text-center"> <h4>Cancellation, Postponement and Transfer of Registration</h4> <p>All cancellations or modifications of registration must be mailed to <a href="mailto:finance@meetingsint.com"><strong>finance@meetingsint.com</strong> </a></p> </div> <div class="col-md-6"> <h5><strong>Cancellation Policy</strong></h5> <p>If Meetings International cancels a conference for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Meetings International event which must occur within one year from the date of cancellation.</p> <h5><strong>Postponement</strong></h5> <p>If Meetings International postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid. You may use this credit for another Meetings International event which must occur within one year from the date of postponement.</p> <h5><strong>Transfer of registration</strong></h5> <p>All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to conference email id and <a href="mailto:finance@meetingsint.com"><strong>finance@meetingsint.com</strong> </a>. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.</p> <p>Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Meetings International if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.</p> <p> However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 15 days of respective conference. </p> <p> The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund. </p> <h5><strong>Visa Information</strong></h5> <p>Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible. Meetings International will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.</p> </div> <div class="col-md-6"> <p>Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of Meetings International, including the inability to obtain a visa.</p> <h5><strong>Refund Policy:</strong></h5> <p>If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:</p> <p>Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund less $100 service Fee</p> <p>Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund</p> <p>Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund</p> <p>E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.</p> <h5><strong>Accommodation Cancellation Policy:</strong></h5> <p>Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation. Meetings International will advise the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancelling or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.</p> <h5><strong>Feedback</strong></h5> <p>For all our meetings, delegates are encouraged to provide feedback on their meetings international conference experience via a short survey.
