Fred Geremia Architects is designing.</p><p><strong>288 East 169th Street: </strong>Applications have been filed for a five-story, seven-unit mixed-use building of 8,700 square feet spanning the vacant lots of 286-288East 169th Street, in Claremont. Michael Kang is designing, and the existing three-story structure must first be demolished.</p><p><strong>237 Maple Street: </strong>Applications have been filed for a five-story, 17-unit residential building of 13,200 square feet at the vacant lot of 237 Maple Street, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. Manish Savani is designing, and the site’s single-story predecessor was demolished in 2001.</p><p><strong>1453 55th Street: </strong>Applications have been filed for a two-story synagogue of 12,338 square feet to span the vacant lots of 1449-1453 55th Street, in Borough Park. Bojidar Kadiev is designing, and the site’s three-story predecessor had been demolished in 2002.</p><p><strong>742 Lefferts Avenue: </strong>Applications have been filed for a two six-story, seven-unit mixed-use residential and community buildings — each totaling nearly 8,400 square feet — to span the lots of 742-744 Lefferts Avenue, in far-northern East Flatbush. Anthony Cucich is designing, and an existing single-story abode was approved for demolition in November.</p><p><strong>745 Franklin Avenue: </strong>An LLC has filed applications for a four-story, six-unit mixed-use building of 7,376 square feet at the vacant lot of 745 Franklin Avenue (aka 660 Sterling Place), in eastern Crown Heights. Dan Ionescu is designing, and an existing single-story warehouse must first be demolished.</p><p><strong>30-92 29th Street: </strong>An LLC has filed applications for a seven-story, 46-unit residential building of 37,579 square feet at 30-92 29th Street (alternatively 25-35 31st Avenue), in Astoria. Architect is designing, and existing three- and single-story structures must first be demolished.</p><p><strong>139-01 Archer Avenue: </strong>Pride Management has filed applications for a six-story, 85-key hotel of 29,374 square feet at 139-01 Archer Avenue, in Jamaica. MyArchitect is designing, and an existing single-story structure was approved for demolition in November.</p><p><strong>28-06 120th Street: </strong>MJN Realty has filed applications for a two-story, 12,435 square-foot warehouse building at the vacant lot of 28-06 120th Street, in College Point; Bernard Ocasio is the architect of record.</p><p><strong>34-49 107th Street: </strong>Queens College Special Projects has renewed applications for a two-story, 8,737 square-foot “Louis Armstrong Museum” for the vacant lot of 34-49 107th Street, in North Corona; Caples Jefferson Architects is designing.</p><p><strong>84-33 Radnor Road: </strong>Applications have been filed for a two-story, single-family mansion measuring 5,822 square feet, and a separate three-story, single-family residence of nearly 3,600 square feet, all to span the vacant lots of 84-33 – 84-37 Radnor Road, in Jamaica Estates; Dmitriy Shenker is designing.</p><p><strong>169-01 107th Avenue: </strong>Eshokol Development has filed applications for six three-story, two-unit residential buildings — each measuring roughly 2,300 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 169-01 – 169-17 107th Avenue, in Jamaica. An existing two-story structure must first be demolished.</p><p><strong>49 Cliff Street: </strong>An LLC has filed applications for two three-story, single-family homes — each measuring 1,835 square feet — spanning the vacant lots of 47-49 Cliff Street, in Shore Acres.
