L'ensemble du procès est automatique, le service sprd.net AG ne peut pas assurer formellement que ces droits ne sont pas abusés par une boutique. C'est pourquoi sprd.net AG demande une très grande vigilance aux possesseurs de boutique qui suspectent un abus des droits à la reproduction. Contactez Spreadshirt pour signaler un suspect ou un abus Copyright. <br/><br/>Selon les termes et conditions, sprd.net AG détient les droits de supprimer directement tous les contenus (texte, logos, graphiques) qui violeraient la propriété intellectuelle d'un auteur, d'une marque et des droits à la reproduction.
