Applicant Source Tracking, the URL parameter will be added to the apply URLs for your jobs on LinkedIn. Applicant Source Tracking lets customers measure whether candidates who click their LinkedIn Jobs complete the application in their ATS. It’s standard for job boards to push customers to implement tracking so that their hiring outcomes are accurately credited.</p> </div> <div class="t-14 article-content__rich-text hue-default-color" data-test-selector="preRenderedMarkup-container"> <p>Each ATS has slightly different requirements for applicant tracking, and some require each customer to configure their own. A source code will have two parts:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Parameter</strong> – The parameter tells your ATS to track the source where the link originated (examples include: Source=, src=, Gh_src=, and Jvst=).</li> <li><strong>Code</strong> – The code tells you where the traffic is coming from (ex: LinkedIn, LI_Jobs, LI_postings, and Bdfd434).</li> </ul> </div> <div class="t-14
