However, 360Giving takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.</p> <h3><strong>Events policies</strong></h3> <h4><b>Payments</b></h4> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Payment in full must be received and cleared before the start of any paid-for events. 360Giving (via Eventbrite) accepts payment by direct credit, cheque or selected credit/debit cards. 360Giving reserves the right to refuse admission for any failure by a customer to pay fees for the event prior to the start of the event.</span></p> <h4><b>Attendance</b></h4> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">360Giving will confirm via email when attendees have booked an event with us, and we will send a reminder with all of the relevant information needed prior to the event. If you do not receive your event booking confirmation and detailed event information, please contact us at <a href="mailto:events@threesixtygiving.org">events@threesixtygiving.org</a></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">. </span></p> <h4><b>Cancellations, refunds and name changes</b></h4> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We encourage attendees of all of our events (whether online or in person) to let us know if they cannot attend an event as soon as they can. If you can no longer attend a paid-for programme or workshop, we will provide a full refund if you provide the following notice of cancellation:</span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Seven days ahead of a paid-for online workshop session. </span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">14 days ahead of Data in a Day in-person training.</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">One month before the first Data Champions session in the programme.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">After these time periods, we cannot offer refunds or cancel issued invoices. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Substitutions (i.e. name changes) for any of our events can be made free of charge.</span></p> <h4>Bursaries</h4> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">360Giving is pleased to be able to offer a limited number of bursaries to attend our development workshops and programmes for free. Bursaries for workshops are available for staff, trustees and volunteers from funders with less than £1m in turnover, and/or funders which have five or fewer paid team members. If you provide photographic evidence of a positive test, any fees for in-person events will be refunded in full. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">By purchasing a ticket for an in-person event, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to Covid-19 exists in any public place where people are present, and that you and those in your party voluntarily assume responsibility related to expose to the illness and agree not to hold 360Giving, its people, or affiliates liable for any illness or injury. </span></p> <h4><b>Cancellations by 360Giving </b></h4> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">360Giving reserves the right to cancel any event up to a week prior to the event date. Attendees will be entitled to a full refund or given the opportunity to transfer to an alternative date. 360Giving accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond our reasonable control.</span></p> <h4><b>Logistics – Times, locations and speaker changes</b></h4> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the date, time or the venue at any time prior to the event date.
