Para alcanzar este objetivo se realizó una investigación de tipo descriptivo con un diseño de campo, no experimental transeccional. Se utilizo como población de estudio 21 gerentes de la empresa a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario con escala tipo Likert y tres preguntas abiertas, el cual fue validando por expertos y establecida su confiabilidad (previo análisis discriminatorio) en 0.88. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron establecer que existe una alineación entre los valores de los gerentes y los valores organizacionales explicitados en la filosofía de gestión de la empresa. Para resolver este aspecto, se utilizó el constructo teórico llamado: Modelo LR de Liderazgo Creativo, esto con el propósito de conocer las características de los administradores de las empresas, a través del esquema de análisis denominado Estructura Metodológica Fundamentada para Investigaciones Sociales (EMFIS), para argumentar la validación y confiabilidad del modelo propuesto. Adicionalmente, el concepto de liderazgo creativo se describe como la capacidad de un equipo de gestión para resolver problemas de naturaleza emprendedora, a través de una toma de decisiones eficaz y eficiente, respaldada en cuatro dimensiones básicas, que son: Mejoramiento, Antecedentes, Creatividad y Contexto del Liderazgo Directivo. Abstract: The purpose of this research was to confirm the factors that describe the creative leadership of business managers. To solve this aspect, we used the theoretical construct called ‘Model LR of Creative Leadership’ that may aid us to identify the characteristics of the managers of the companies, through the analysis scheme called Grounded Methodological Structure for Social Research (GMSSR), to argue the validation and reliability of the proposed model.
