href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-968-----010215-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>轴承</a>。</p> <p>人体的协调运动依赖于关节，而机器人的“关节”则需要依靠轴承来支撑、引导旋转并减少摩擦，确保其动作更加平稳且能耗更低。洛阳鸿元轴承科技有限公司（简称“鸿元轴承”），作为国家级重点专精特新“小巨人”企业，生产的转台轴承和交叉滚子轴承占据了国内80%以上的市场份额，在机器人轴承领域更是占据了90%以上的市场，堪称细分领域的佼佼者。</p> <p>据鸿元轴承技术负责人吕瑞芳介绍，谐波减速器是工业机器人中的关键组件，通过柔轮的弹性变形和齿啮合实现高速输入向低速高扭矩输出的转换，类似于用橡皮筋缓慢拉动重物的过程，从而保证了机器人的稳定运行。鸿元轴承提供的精密轴承，使得谐波减速器的工作更加精准，并延长了产品的使用寿命。</p> <p>走进位于洛阳市孟津区的鸿元轴承生产车间，可以看到加工完成的谐波减速器专用轴承，它们不仅外观质感十足，而且在手动转动时表现出极佳的顺滑度和阻尼感。然而，回到14年前，当一家科研机构首次带着机器人谐波减速器专用轴承样品找到鸿元轴承时，公司内部几乎没有人了解这项技术。“我们从零开始学习，经过无数次试验和改进，最终让产品质量达到了国际水平。”总经理吴巧玲回忆道，“经过7年的不懈努力，我们的产品终于能够与国外同类产品媲美，并自2020年起开始向日本等国家出口。”</p> <p>如今，鸿元轴承拥有超过500名员工，其中80多名专注于研发的专业人员。公司每年将超过8%的营收投入到技术研发中，并将大部分利润用于设备更新换代。随着市场需求的增长，鸿元轴承正在加速扩展生产能力，以满足日益增长的订单需求。吴巧玲透露，仅在今年年初，公司就获得了价值1.2亿元的人形机器人轴承订单，生产计划已排至6月份，新的厂房预计将在5月份投产，届时产能将翻倍提升。</p>
