align="left">在作者看来，此次反腐与先前的反腐相比，有三个特征：持久性，广泛性和规模大。例如，在改革时期，中共中央政治局常委，中央办公厅主任以及军委副主席都是首次落马。他们中的每一个人落马，都会牵扯出与其有关系网的数十名部下和商人。文章作者指出，借助反腐清洗，中国高层试图让国家经济政策以及外交和意识形态领域来一个根本性的转变。这里指的是要建设这样一个新中国：许多问题不能再仅靠钱和两位数增长来解决。因为新中国的主要问题不再是经济增长，而是公正、社保和平等，《公报》援引卡申的话写道。<div
