Où sont les informaticiennes dans les pays occidentaux ? Alors que les débuts de la profession étaient marqués par une relative parité, force est de constater que sa masculinisation est évidente, s’aggravant même depuis le début des années 2000. Le constat est similaire dans les études supérieures en informatique. La plupart du temps, ces travaux étudient la place du plurilinguisme à l'école et les conditions de la mise en pratique d'une didactique plurilingue ; ils analysent plus rarement les relations, voire les tensions entre plurilinguisme, inclusion scolaire et innovation pédagogique alors même que l'inclusion devrait être reconnue comme un des éléments fondamental d'une éducation plurilingue.
