</P><P>筒帕是傣族织锦的一种，从最初的麻、棉纺织发展到现在的丝、手和棉混纺、它制作精致，式样美观，具有浓郁的生活气息和民族特色。筒帕既是日常生活的必需品，又是精美的工艺美术品，对于傣族青年男女来说，还是相互表达爱慕之情的信物。假如小伙子收到倾注了姑娘的心血、勤劳和智慧的筒帕时，就是获得爱的信息，需要把自己亲手制作的礼物回赠对方。从此两相欢悦，直到结成美满的姻缘。 </P><P>筒帕不仅为边疆各族群众所喜爱，也引起了国内外游客的浓厚兴趣，日益成为旅游纪念品中的抢手货。</P><P><STRONG>重彩画 </STRONG></P><P>云南重彩画是崛起于云南的一个绘画流派。画家作画时，先用铅笔或毛笔在高丽纸上勾线，再用水粉上色，重彩画吸取中国画和西洋画的优点，重气韵、机理，色彩明快、醒目，极富装饰效果。重彩画可在画廊、宾馆买到，其中水平参差不齐，购买者应细查。有兴趣的购买者可自己寻访重彩画的高手，直接上门购买。 </P><P><STRONG>路南挑花</STRONG></P><P>路南挑花是聚居路南彝族自治县撒尼人传统工艺，历史悠久。挑花是刺绣的一种，以挑花装饰挎包、衣物、头巾等是大理白族和路南撒尼人的服饰特色，它具有民间产品的夸张的色彩美。路南挑花主要产品有背包、桌布、窗帘、服饰等。挑花手法多样，有单面挑、双面挑；有素色挑，有新色丝线挑花。有的产品有挑，有绣，有补，成品或精巧，或粗放，充分表现了撒尼人的聪明才智和艺术创造力。</P><P><STRONG>蜡染扎染</STRONG></P><P>用蜡刀蘸融蜡绘图案于土布，再放入各色染料中，染后去蜡即成蜡染。将棉布在不同部位用线捆扎，入染料中漂染，则为扎染。蜡染由于防染剂蜡的自然龟裂，布面或图案会呈独特的"冰纹"。扎染则为完全的手工，其图案每件不同。用蜡染、扎染制成的帽子、衣裙、壁挂等朴实大方，极富民间特色。</P><P><STRONG>珠宝玉石</STRONG></P><P>由于历史和地理的原因，云南形成了以昆明为中心，以腾冲、瑞丽、盈江、芒市等为依托的珠宝、玉石集散地。仅在昆明一地，经营珠宝玉石的公司、商店就达数万家，经营的品种有刚玉类宝石的红宝石、蓝宝石；绿柱石类的祖母绿、海蓝宝石、金刚石、石榴石（紫牙乌）、电气石、紫水晶、黄玉、蛋白石、橄榄石、绿松石、孔雀石、独山石、岫石、玛瑙、珍珠等。珠宝玉石正成为云南的一项大产业逐渐兴起，驰名中外。</P><P>在云南经营的珠宝玉石中，尤以翡翠最有名气，品种有戒面、鸡心、马眼、杏子、元宝、玉镯、宝塔珠项链、灯笼、花件，"五色星"（即红、绿、蓝、黄、白五种颜色的箍心）、"八宝"（象征福、禄、寿、喜、吉祥如意的玉雕片），"九老"（象征长寿和宝贵的9片玉雕佛像）等品种，还有大白菜、青狮、白象、飞马等大型雕件。<BR><BR><STRONG>锡制品</STRONG></P><P>云南个旧被誉为锡都，其锡产量约占全国的43%。锡制工艺品耐酸、耐碱、无毒、无味、不锈。锡尤宜制作酒器和茶罐。用锡制茶罐不象金银器那样"奢华"，又不会像铜铁那样"生腥"。锡器也有缺点，千万不能把它带到东北严寒的室外。</P><P>锡工艺品产于锡都个旧，已有300多年历史。它采用高纯度精锡，经过熔化、压片、裁料、造型、刮光、装接、擦亮、装饰雕刻等复杂工序制成。由于锡的理化性能稳定，锡工艺品具有耐碱，无毒无味，不生锈等特点，不仅外观精美，银亮如镜，光可鉴人，而且用来盛食物经久不变质、不变味，特别是用锡制酒具斟酒，夏天清凉爽口，冬天温酒导热快，深受饮酒者喜爱。 </P><P><STRONG>大理石雕</STRONG></P><P>云南省蕴藏丰富的大理石，大理苍山十九峰，峰峰皆有所。而且品种多、花色美、质地佳。正因为这个原因，人们将此石冠以大理的地名，称为大理石。</P><P>大理石又名础石、榆石、文石、醒酒石、开竺石。一般分为彩花石、云灰石、白石、墨石4 大类。大理石早在唐代就已开始开发。唐代修建的大理崇圣寺三塔，建筑上就已采用精美的大理石雕刻制品，而且具有较高的工艺水平。 </P><P>常见的大理石工艺品有彩花石屏、雕花画屏、石桌石凳、酒杯、台灯、笔筒、砚台、茶盘果盘、花盆花瓶、山水花鸟、人物走兽等。北京人民大会堂云南厅摆设的直径2米的彩花石屏风，正是天然地显示了苍山云海、气势雄伟的江河奔泻画面，让人连连赞叹。</P><P>陈列在大理石厂的雕刻座屏"苍洱大观"，用自然色彩的大理石精雕而成，银苍玉洱，风花雪月，历历在目，是一件不可多得的稀世之宝。<BR><BR><STRONG>茶叶 </STRONG></P><P>云南是茶树的原生地，但清以前云南茶叶没有什么名气，明代云南被列为不产茶的省份。到了清代，滇茶开始有名了。滇茶以大叶种为主，较难将外型做得乖巧。像皇帝爱喝的人头普洱，妙在个子大，档次并不很高。然而滇茶香高，耐泡，同一质量的茶叶较全国其他地区的售价为低，无论是自用还是送人都较合宜。出口最好的是滇红、普洱、七子饼等，而滇人最爱喝的则是未精制的大叶子茶。</P><P>云南主要茶叶有产于宜良县的宝洪茶、宜春茶，产于昆明市郊金马山麓十里堡的"十里香茶"、产于石林附近的"石林拥翠"、沱茶、滇青、白兰花茶、茉莉花茶、滇红工夫红茶、红碎茶以及滇绿等。</P><P><STRONG>宝珠梨 </STRONG></P><P>呈贡宝珠梨是云南众多梨果中的佼佼者，果圆形，一般重200－330克，大者达500克，皮薄，淡黄绿色，果肉雪白，脆嫩，汁多，味浓甜，微香，食后无渣。 </P><P>宝珠梨主产于昆明市呈贡县，人们习惯称为呈贡宝珠梨。呈贡宝珠梨与大理雪梨在色、香、味、形方面很相似，实属同一品种。相传在宋代大理国时期，高僧宝珠和尚到鄯阐城（今昆明）讲经，从大理带了雪梨树苗与呈贡的一种优势嫁接后育成这个品种，于是人们就把它叫做宝珠梨。宝珠梨由于品质优良，是云南向历代王朝缴纳的贡品。相传元朝初期，云南地方官把宝珠梨作为上等贡品贡奉朝廷，皇帝吃了赞不绝口，并要求年年进贡。 </P><P>宝珠梨成熟上市时正是中秋节和国庆节期间，<BR><BR><STRONG>云子<BR><BR></STRONG>云南围棋子简称云子，据说为明清供品。白子微带翠绿，黑子厚重，对光看则为悦目的绿色。形状单面扁圆，古朴浑厚，手感舒适。围棋精品"云子"品质优良，一直是全国重大棋赛的标准棋具。<BR>云子原产于云南永昌府（郎今保山市）故又名永子。它是我国古老的一种传统工艺品，距今已有500多年的历史。元、明、清三代曾享有盛名，深受名士、高僧的喜爱，也是敬献皇室的上乘贡品。后来，由于棋势衰败，世变沧桑，解放前夕，云子制作工艺已经失传。建国后围棋事业受到党和政府重视。昆明第十二中学校办工厂凭借残存的老云子开展科研，经过无数次的试验，1975年在原老云子的基础上推陈出新，制成了新云子。周恩来总理、陈毅副总理对云子恢复生产极为关怀和支持，终于把云子从绝境中挖掘和发展起来。1980年春，昆明第十二中学校办工厂正式改名为云南围棋厂，批量生产"云"字牌围棋子。</P><P>云南围棋厂按云子传统配方，精选原料，并以科学方法熔炼生产的云子，正面微凸，底面扁平，弧线自然，古朴浑厚，手感舒适。白子晶莹似玉，黑子乌黑透碧，犹如天然玉石磨制而成。质地坚硬，着盘声铿，工艺精巧，色泽美观柔和而不刺目，利于保护视力，且有冬暖夏凉之感。经国家围棋队鉴定认为，棋子不论在质量、外形、色泽、强度等方面都继承和超过了老云子的水平。</P><P>"云"字牌围棋，自开创以来，屡获殊荣，1980年获轻工部优质产品称号和包装装璜优秀作品奖；1983年又获全国优秀包装装璜设计奖；1987年获全国旅游纪念品一等奖，被指定为全国性比赛用品和奖品，出口免检产品等。在国家外事活动和文化交流中，云子曾被作为国宝赠送给日本中曾根首相、英国女王。<BR><BR><STRONG>太和豆豉</STRONG> </P><P>昆明太和豆豉是云南省著名的传统食品，已有100多年的生产历史。相传太和豆豉原产在江西省太和镇，清康熙年间传入四川，后从四川传入昆明。长期以来，昆明制作豆豉的师傅，根据本地的原料和人们的口味，对原配方和工艺不断进行改进，使之逐渐形成具有滇味特色的昆明太和豆鼓。这种豆豉既不同于江西风味，也不同于四川风味，独具一格。其色呈红褐又有光泽，味道咸鲜略微回甜，分粒酥软而不碎，保持了豆豉固有的风味，不酸不霉，营养丰富，易于贮存，食用方便，是佐餐调味的佳品。</P><P>昆明太和豆豉以本地产的"乌嘴豆"（黄豆）最佳，配以食盐、糯米、甜酒、红糖、八角、茴香等辅料，经淘洗、浸泡、蒸煮、制曲、拌料、装罐、后熟而成。昆明太和豆豉呈颗粒状，具有豆豉特有之香气，滋味鲜美，咸淡适口，食法简便，可蒸，可炒，荤素皆宜。<BR></P><TABLE
