style="color:#1780C4">直流输电工程</a>近期正式获得国家发改委核准。国家能源局曾印发《关于加快推进一批输变电重点工程规划建设工作的通知》(国能发电力〔2018〕70号)，拟今明两年审核12条特高压工程，“青海-河南±800千伏特高压直流输电工程”是其中首条被核准的特高压线路。</p> <center><img href="https://www.solarbe.com/topic/show-htm-itemid-1920.html" target="_blank" style="color:#1780C4">弃光</a>”问题使光伏企业对西北地区的电站投资持谨慎的态度。</p> <p>2015年起，青海开始出现“弃光”现象，2015年弃光率为3.2%，2016年弃光率达8.3%，当地有关部门通过多手段配合试图缓解“弃光”问题，2017年青海弃光率为6.2%，虽然有所下降，但青海仍属于弃光率较高地区。2017年、2018年上半年的光伏发电市场环境监测中，青海地区连续被评为橙色。</p>
