text-align: justify;">在北京通州，沿着悠悠流淌的大运河，亚洲迄今为止最大规模的地下综合交通枢纽工程，正在如火如荼地建设之中。北京城市副中心站综合交通枢纽工程，不仅在规模上令人瞩目，更以其绿色智慧发展理念为区域可持续发展注入了新动力，悄然而深刻地改变着这座大运河畔的千年之都。近日，记者走进一线，解锁这项大国工程背后的“智慧密码”。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;"><strong>机器人助阵工程建设智能化</strong></p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">在施工现场，记者见到了正在进行安全巡检的机器人。中铁建设建筑科技公司智慧产业中心经理庞明亮介绍说：“我们团队研发的机器人主要分为两个系列，一类是管理类机器人，另一类是施工类机器人。管理类的机器人主要是服务一线生产的安全巡检机器人，结合AI，它能够识别现场工人没有戴安全帽、工人是否吸烟聚集等，第一时间以邮件的形式传输到后台，进行实时的预警，防止危险发生。而施工类的机器人，主要通过智能建造实现降本增效，保证施工质量目标。”</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;"><strong>BIM技术满足项目精准化管理</strong></p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">除了机器人这支肉眼可见的“智慧团队”，想要顺利建设完成副中心站这座超大、超复杂地下项目，还需要一支遨游在虚拟世界中的“数字卫士”，以快速而有效地管理和调配巨量的人力物力以及机械设备。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">为了确保工程顺利进行，副中心站枢纽工程基于BIM模型，融合物联网、大数据等技术，打造了智慧建造平台来进行精细化的建设管理和测算协调，实现了对工程建造过程、工程人员、机械和物资等的全面监控和动态调配。“不光是施工进度方面，还有施工的安全、质量保证方面，都需要更新颖的建造模式去保证它的正常地推进，我们叫‘智慧工地’，就是将智慧的手段融入传统的工程建设当中。”杨阳说。</p> <p justify;">“智慧工地”中的BIM智慧平台，通过仿真模拟工程和建筑物所具有的各项真实数据信息，打造出“三维建筑模型”。它具有信息完备性、信息关联性、信息一致性、可视化、协调性、模拟性、优化性和可出图性八大特点，并将建设单位、设计单位、施工单位、监理单位等项目参与方共置同一平台，共享同一信息，极大地提升了项目的可视化和精细化管理。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;"><strong>中深层地热能扮演节能减碳关键角色</strong></p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">北京城市副中心站综合交通枢纽，积极落实绿色施工理念，规划探索了10%的可再生能源利用比例，而在诸多绿色能源中，中深层地热能，作为一种稳定可靠的可再生能源，将有可能在这里扮演节能减碳的关键角色。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">京投枢纽公司建设管理部部长徐文武介绍说：“副中心站在现场做了一口中深层地热实验井，深度有2700多米。通过‘取热不换水’的技术，达到对地下水的保护和节能，也为后续大面积展开中深层地热的地热井施工打下了很好的基础。”</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">北京城市副中心站综合交通枢纽建成后，将呈现“地下枢纽地上城，站城高度融合”的特色，成为一个集交通、文化、商务、办公、生活、休闲等诸多功能于一体的现代化“超级城市综合体”。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;">“整个副中心站建成之后，能够实现15分钟到达首都机场，35分钟到达大兴机场和河北唐山，一个小时内到达雄安，对京津冀地区整体来说是一个非常关键的交通节点。此外，地面的办公、商业及周边的公园配套等，也会给这个地区带来活力。”京投枢纽公司副总经理何刚说。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align:
