GHG observations through this year-long seminar series. </span><strong>The intended audience includes all interested federal and non-federal staff</strong><span>.</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span>The seminar series will emphasize collaboration between representative ObsIWG agencies. When and where possible, a panel of co-presenters from multiple agencies will serve as speakers on a topic. Sessions could also be co-sponsored by two or more USGCRP IWGs.</span></p><p dir="ltr"><span>The culminating event of the seminar series will be a 2024 AGU Town Hall where the outcomes and highlights of the series will be discussed and speakers will describe the push towards becoming a climate ready nation through GHG awareness, collaborations, and actions.  The ObsIWG will write a white paper with the primary themes and outcomes of the series the main focus.</span></p><h3><strong>Guidance for seminar speakers:</strong></h3><ol><li dir="ltr"><p><span>Focus on the use and status of greenhouse gas observations to address pressing earth system needs, issues, and impacts.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p><span>Incorporate speakers from more than one agency, when appropriate, to adequately cover the topic.</span></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p><span>Presentations with one speaker should be ~30 minutes in length (+/- 10 minutes) to allow for plenty of time for questions and discussion in a 60-min period.  If two speakers,
