Key103Jobs.co.uk was chosen as the first of these stations to launch a dedicated jobs channel offering fully integrated local radio and online recruitment advertising packages.</p> <p>Bauer Radio created ‘Work Moose’ as the branded database behind it, enabling additional regional jobs channels to be powered by Work Moose in the future. Bauer Radio’s aims were to capitalise on the number of jobseekers listening to the station and enable their advertisers to engage with these listeners for a longer period of time.</p> <p>They were looking for a functionally–rich job board that could provide free job posting as standard, with Bauer Radio making revenue from premium advertising slots and up–sells only.</p> <h2>The Solution</h2> <p>We created a bespoke version of the next generation Madgex Job Board platform that enabled advertisers to use the recruiter services section to post free job adverts on the site. The platform also provides the best user experience available with the aim of increasing visitor conversions.</p> <p>All posted jobs sit on the national Work Moose database so that when additional regional sites are launched in the future, jobseekers will be able to view positions as far afield as they wish.
