height:63px'/> <div><p class="first"> <a href="https://libera.chat/">Libera.Chat</a> is an IRC network for FOSS projects, providing a community platform for free and open-source software and peer directed projects. Libera Chat is a Swedish nonprofit organisation, feel free to read the <a href="https://libera.chat/bylaws/">bylaws</a>. </p> </p> After the announcement of its creation, a large number of free software projects decided to move to this new network. Some of these projects are CentOS, Haiku, Ubuntu, cURL, Wikimedia Foundation, Vim, Irssi, Prometheus, PostgreSQL, NetBSD, Gentoo Linux, Selenium, Arch Linux and Fedora. </p> <p> The organisation is run entirely by volunteer staff who are the members of and have equal voting power in the organisation. Libera Chat’s purpose is to provide services such as a community platform for free open-source software and peer directed projects on a volunteer basis (*) <p> Since 2023, there has been a close
