yahei";font-size:16px;">在学校及上述平台的支持下，集成电路学院正在建设集成电路微纳工艺平台与集成电路设计实训平台，为学院的工艺、设计、封测等科研方向提供开放、共享、基础的实验平台支撑。上述两个平台将于</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:微软雅黑, "microsoft yahei";font-size:16px;">。其中，集成电路微纳工艺平台将建设一个集材料（包括低维半导体、宽禁带半导体、量子材料等）晶圆级生长、器件加工、原位测试表征、功能集成与封装为一体的先进制程研发平台，开展后摩尔时代先进制程的新理论、新材料、新器件、新工艺、新架构等前瞻性、变革性技术研究。集成电路设计实训云平台与超算中心将建设完整的</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:微软雅黑, "microsoft yahei";font-size:16px;">EDA</span><span style="font-family:微软雅黑, "microsoft yahei";font-size:16px;">线上实训环境，拥有</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:微软雅黑, "microsoft yahei";font-size:16px;">40</span><span style="font-family:微软雅黑, "microsoft yahei";font-size:16px;">个高性能计算节点，满足</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:微软雅黑, "microsoft yahei";font-size:16px;">学院成立以来，引进了一批集成电路方向的高水平人才队伍，现已形成了由包括教育部长江特聘教授、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者等学术带头人和高素质青年学术骨干教师组成的团队，涵盖了材料、器件、设计、应用多个方向，形成了一系列高水平原创性成果。</p><p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family:微软雅黑, "microsoft
