Creativity Program Beta?</strong></h2><p>Creativity Program Beta is a newly designed rewards feature for creators to monetise their content on TikTok. You can find more information <a href="https://support.tiktok.com/en/business-and-creator/tiktok-creator-fund/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">here</a>.</p><p>After joining Creativity Program Beta and connecting a payment method, you can collect higher Rewards from TikTok for eligible videos of a duration of at least 1 minute. For more information on video eligibility, please see the relevant section below.</p><p>Creativity Program Beta is subject to our Rewards Policy. For more information, check the <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/legal/rewards-policy-eea?lang=en" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">Rewards Policy</a>. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/legal/rewards-policy-eea?lang=en" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">Rewards Policy</a>, these terms will prevail solely with respect to your participation in this Program.</p><p>Our <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service-eea?lang=en" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">Terms of Service</a> also apply in the same way as they apply to any other activity or content on the Platform. In particular, please pay attention to the provisions around content and the grant of licence. If you use the Platform for purposes within your trade, business, craft or profession, the <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/business-terms-eea/en" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">Business Terms</a> also apply to your participation in Creativity Program Beta.</p><p>Creativity Program Beta is available only in selected countries, whether you are entitled to participate will depend on your country of residence. For this purpose, data will be processed in accordance with the Platform <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy?lang=en" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">Privacy Policy</a>.</p><h2 id="legalPages--" data-toc-id="toc-header-1"><strong>Who can join the Creativity Program Beta?</strong></h2><p>You can shift to Creativity Program Beta if:</p><ul><li>you reside in a country in which Creativity Program Beta is available and do not use a VPN or other similar tool;</li><li>you have at least 10,000 authentic followers on the Platform;</li><li>you have at least 100,000 authentic video views in total over the last 30 days prior to joining either the Creator Fund or the Creativity Program Beta;</li><li>your account on the Platform is not a Business Account;</li><li>you are not an employee, officer or contractor of TikTok;</li><li>your account on the Platform is in good standing with the <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service-eea?lang=en" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">Terms of Service</a> and the <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/community-guidelines?lang=en" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">Community Guidelines</a> and any other applicable Platform terms and policies.</li></ul><p>Participation in Creativity Program Beta doesn't require payment.</p><p>Note. Once you shift from the Creator Fund to Creativity Program Beta, you will not be able to revert back to the Creator Fund.</p><h2 id="legalPages--" data-toc-id="toc-header-2"><strong>What can I get if I shift to Creativity Program Beta?</strong></h2><p>Creativity Program Beta is a Program through which you can collect Rewards from TikTok, in addition to rewards you may collect from time to time through other features.</p><p>Rewards are calculated dynamically based on the country of the video views origin, the number of video views, video engagement and authenticity of a video view.</p><p>Participant's legitimate, unique video views on qualifying videos are determined by TikTok and exclude video views that we determine:</p><ul><li>are artificially produced or obtained;</li><li>are your own views; or</li><li>are otherwise obtained in violation of the <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/legal/rewards-policy-eea?lang=en" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">Rewards Policy</a> or the <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/community-guidelines?lang=en" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">Community Guidelines</a>.</li></ul><p>For the avoidance of doubt, not all content you post to participate in the Creativity Program Beta will collect Rewards.</p><p>Reward Payments under the Creativity Program Beta will be free of charge.</p><p>No payments are due to participants for use of their content, in accordance with the <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service-eea?lang=en" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">Terms of Service</a>.</p><h2 id="legalPages--" data-toc-id="toc-header-3"><strong>What videos can collect Rewards?</strong></h2><p>Creativity Program Beta rewards content that meets all these criteria:</p><ul><li>It must be one minute or longer;</li><li>It must reach at least 1,000 qualified views*;</li><li>It is not a Duet or Stitch video;</li><li>It is not a Photo Mode video;</li><li>It is not an advertisement, paid promotion, or sponsored content;</li><li>It is original content and produced entirely by the creator and/or adds new ideas to preexisting content;</li><li>It is high quality as determined by TikTok in its sole discretion;
