but if <i>there are</i> prophesies, they will be done away; if <i>there are</i> tongues, they will be ceased; if <i>there is</i> knowledge it will pass away. <span class="reftext"><a href="/1_corinthians/13-9.htm"><b>9</b></a></span>For we know in part and we prophesy in part; <span class="reftext"><a href="/1_corinthians/13-10.htm"><b>10</b></a></span>but when the perfect should come, the partial will be done away. </p><p class="reg"><span class="reftext"><a href="/1_corinthians/13-11.htm"><b>11</b></a></span>When I was a child, I was speaking like a child, I was thinking like a child, I was reasoning like a child; when I became a man, I did away with the things of the child. <span class="reftext"><a href="/1_corinthians/13-12.htm"><b>12</b></a></span>For presently we see through a glass in obscurity; but then, face to face.
