We may also collect information from you if you choose to respond to surveys we might ask you to complete for research purposes and details of your transactions with Jerry.</p> <p>If you use our telematics service, you will also provide realtime driving and geolocation information that is used to evaluate and provide information regarding your driving habits and safety.</p> <h4 class="wp-block-heading">Information we collect from third parties.</h4> <p>When you register for a Jerry account and/or apply for our products and services, you authorize us to collect information from third parties or service providers. As discussed above, Jerry discloses personal information of consumers to certain partners and service providers, including social media partners. Some of these disclosures may be considered “selling” of personal information under the CCPA. In addition, under California law you have the ability to direct that a business not “share” your personal information. Sharing generally involves releasing or disclosing personal information for the purposes of cross-contextual behavioral advertising.
