class="show_info_con"><P>美食有：<BR>修武黑山羊<BR>修武黑山羊，个大肉多，体质健壮，肉鲜香细腻，且无膻味，其营养价值高，有益气补肾，祛寒暖胃功能，是老年人和久病体弱者的滋补佳品，有清炖羊肉、葱爆山羊肉等吃法。在云台山庄全年都可以吃到，但需要提前预定。<BR><BR>海蟾宫松花蛋<BR>一般也叫变蛋或者是皮蛋，是修武县的特产。修武县五里源乡有一个“马坊泉”，泉水自石下渗出，汇为巨池南流，传说这个地方是五代时期的道士刘海蟾洗丹处。泉水中产一种石壳虫，鸭食石壳虫后，所产鸭蛋个大、质好、味鲜，还常产双黄，经过加工制作成松花蛋，奇香味异。元末以后，历代皇帝都把他作为御宴席上的佳肴。 <BR>作柿饼是用柿刀将柿皮去掉，晒干，装在大缸中用泥将口封严，柿子就闷成一身白霜的柿饼。焦作柿饼与别处的柿饼不同，晒得干、体积小、不易腐坏，用刀切开从横剖面看到柿心空，四下有裂纹，人称菊花心，主要用来制作糕点。焦作柿饼最好吃的季节是在冬季，可以熬汤，做甜点。<BR>购买地点：各摊点 <BR>吃法：熬汤、甜点 </P><P>武陟油茶 <BR>武陟油茶，秦朝称甘缪膏汤，汉称膏汤积壳茶，是我国历史悠久的传统特产，土贡食品。武陟油茶成名于两千多年前的秦朝末年。据历史记载，公元前206年，楚汉相争时刘邦受伤于武德县，住在姓吕的家里。吕以膏汤积壳茶食之，三个月后刘邦伤愈。刘邦有诗云：“佳膳出武德兮，膏汤胜宫筵。”刘邦即位后，在长安思食膏汤不得，即召吕某入宫，封为五品油茶大师，封油茶为御膳。武陟油茶在配方上选用：精粉、珍珠淀粉、华胜、芝麻等24种高级香料进行科学配方而成，经省卫生防疫站化验，每500克含各种维生素总和为424.63115克。具有益肝、健胃、润肺、补肾、提神生津、强身益寿等多种功能。并具有味道浓郁、浓而不腻、芳香可口、营养丰富、食用方便等特点，因而驰名中外，远销港、台、日本和东南亚。
