The conference will include talks by key speakers and a career panel from both the academia and industry.Papers will go through double-blind peer review process and accepted papers will be published in the printed Proceedings and internationally distributed via our digital library which will be indexed in scientifically strong databases and serve as key intellectual resource for this conference. Outstanding papers will be subsequently reviewed for inclusion in The Journal of Computer Science and Information Technology for Development.
