They helped us learn how to use it and when we encounter problems, they assist us immediately. They are pretty much experts on the program, so they never wasted time in resolving issues. I've been using it for three years and the updates and perks are endless. We were also able to move our business online as it integrates well with our shopping cart. It is also very easy and smooth to use. There were no system lags. The process is just seamless. The mapping options also saved us a lot of time in customizing what we want the system to do.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Customization is very limited in the UI.
