Everyone can operate it, and anyone can make an invoice with minimal skills. This software provides almost all the features one can think of today. I don't have anything bad to say in this respect, but the maintenance is a bit troublesome. You have to connect to the internet every three days, and the maintenance charge is compulsory. When you buy the software, you have to make a yearly subscription. The customer support is nice, and you don't have to pay anything extra for your unique barcode design. research. We eventually chose the vendor with whom we felt most comfortable, both in terms of the product and the support staff. HDPOS provided multiple references in industries similar to ours as well as others. The financial statements, trial balances, and audit trails help in identifying any posting errors. In terms of ease of use, HDPOS is a straightforward accounting product. It will handle more than enough accounting processing for a typical organization while costing significantly less than any other software. The customer support is great; they respond quickly to us.
