Continuum Forums will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.</p> <p class="pol">In case for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of Continuum Forums, including the inability to obtain a visa.</p> <h3>Accommodation Cancellation Policy:</h3> <p class="pol">Hotels - Accommodation Providers have their own cancellation policies, which they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation.</p> <p class="pol">It is advisable to enquire about the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to聽canceling聽or amending your booking, to ensure you are fully aware of any non-refundable deposits.</p> <h3>Requesting an Invitation Letter</h3> <p class="pol">For security purposes, Letter of Invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference.</p> <h3>Cancellation Policy </h3> <p class="pol">Cancellations should be made in writing. </p> <p class="pol">Before 45 days of the conference, the participant will get a full discount, with a less of $100 towards Administrative expense. </p> <p class="pol">The registration with limited costs are transferable however not refundable anytime.</p> <p class="pol">Refunds will be made in the second week after the fulfillment of the conference. </p> <p class="pol">All cancellations or alterations of registration must be made in writing to <a href="mailto:renewableforum2024@continuumforums.com ">renewableforum2024@continuumforums.com </a> </p> <p class="pol">On the off chance that Continuum Forums drops this conference for any reason, you will get an acknowledgment for 100% of the registration charge paid.
