7月5日专稿（蒋均牧）全球数字化、智能化、低碳化进程不断加快，从信息社会走向智能世界，成为这个瞬息万变的时代的确定性趋势。中国信通院《全球数字经济白皮书（2024年）》数据显示，2023年，美国、中国、德国、日本、韩国等5个国家数字经济总量超33万亿美元，同比增长超8%；数字经济占GDP比重为60%，较2019年提升约8个百分点。生成式<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/AI_1.html" target="_blank" class="keylink">AI</a>、大语言模型等人工智能技术在各行各业的走实向深，掀起了一场生产力与创造力的革命。</p><p>固定网络作为不可或缺的承载底座，从联接人、家庭和企业，到联接万物、云和算力，边界一次次被打破、舞台一次次被拓宽。而持之以恒的创新与迭代，是实现这一切并将之兑现为价值的根本动力——就在5G-A进入商用元年的同时，F5G-A新代际的大幕也已正式拉开。</p><p>就在2024年世界移动大会·上海（MWCS2024）期间，以“全光万兆，品质运力，共筑智能世界”为主题的F5G-A全光万兆产业峰会成功举办，中国通信标准化协会、中国信通院、中国电信、中国移动、中国联通、智利Entel、阿联酋e&及华为共同探讨F5G-A产业发展大计。就让我们一起走进这场峰会，从主旨演讲和会后专访中，拼凑出万兆时代的宏伟蓝图与实现路径。</p><p style="text-align: center;"><img title="" alt="" src="https://image.c114.com.cn/20240705/17201488643248.jpg"/></p><p><strong>三大跨越：F5G-A新代际大幕拉开</strong></p><p>从光进铜退、十兆百兆，到如今的千兆光网，以光纤宽带为代表的固网产业发展迅猛。短短三年时间，全球千兆用户数就突破了2亿，到2027年，千兆宽带覆盖率预计将突破30%；全球FTTR用户也已超过2000万，到2030年，FTTR覆盖率预计将超过10%。同时，全球95%的骨干网为100G/200G，且400G商用已经开始，到2030年，400G/800G骨干网占比将超过90%。</p><p>光纤网络的蓬勃发展带来了巨大的社会和经济效益，ITU数据显示，光纤宽带普及率每增长10%，国家年均GDP能增长0.25%至1.5%；根据欧洲投资银行的一项研究结果，宽带速率翻一番，能带来0.3%左右的GDP增长。另一方面，这也给运营商业务带来了持续的收入增长，近三年，全球光纤宽带收入的复合增长率近15%，光纤宽带的投入能拉动整个电信行业收入增长超过1.2个百分点。</p><p>华为高级副总裁、ICT销售与服务总裁李鹏指出，随着智能时代的加速到来，智能应用对云、管、边、端的资源协同能力提出了更高要求，为运营商带来新一轮发展机遇。要抓住机遇、满足需求，固定网络需要实现三个跨越。</p><p style="text-align: center;"><img title="" alt="" src="https://image.c114.com.cn/20240705/17201489107179.jpg"/></p><p>首先是跨越体验极限，千兆到万兆激发智能应用：用户对体验的要求发生剧变，从传统上只是要求网络满足业务的基本带宽需求，升级为追求智能场景的舒适生活体验。宽带网络需要从对互联网的尽力而为，升级到对智能应用的确定性联接保障。计算下来，一个家庭对带宽的需求将提升10倍，网络时延也要求降低10倍，固定宽带将从千兆迈向万兆时代。</p><p>其次是跨越联接边界，联接+X智能场景无处不在：家庭终端从传统的手机、Pad等，快速发展到更多的云终端、XR、共享存储、康养终端、智能家居终端等。固网需要从联接家庭和企业，升级为联接智能场景中的每个终端，并打破边界延伸到家庭和企业所需要的存、算、感、控等智能应用。这种情况下，家庭和企业的终端联接需求将增加10到20倍，要求50%以上的终端可以移动漫游、漫游切换时间降低10倍。</p><p>最后是跨越时空距离，算网一体化释放澎湃算力：智能时代，算力基础设施将大量部署。以中国为例，到2027年，智算需求和能力将提升15倍，网络能力对算力的影响将越来越大。高品质的运力网不再是仅仅满足人的通信感知，而且要匹配到机器的速度，从而推动智能应用的快速普及。为此，运力网的时延将要求降低10倍，使算力瞬时可达；可靠性将要求提升10倍，使算力永远在线。</p><p>在这样的背景下，固网正式步入了F5G-A的全新阶段。2023年11月，欧洲电信标准协会（ETSI）发布了《F5G-A Generation Definition》，定义F5G-A代际标准，探讨从F5G到F5G-A的演进路径；全光万兆和高品质运力关键技术亦取得全面突破，50G PON、Wi-Fi 7、FTTR+X 、400G、全光交叉和Hybrid ASON等创新技术快速成熟。同时，中国、沙特、新加坡等全球多个国家已纷纷出台万兆光网建设规划和发展政策；领先的运营商也都推出了万兆套餐及服务，仅国内就在“5·17”世界电信日期间举行了数十场发布。</p><p><strong>F5G-A目标网架构：全光万兆+高品质运力</strong></p><p>拥抱F5G-A大势所趋，而如何高效地构建起一张适配新时期业务发展诉求的网络，助力运营商平滑演进、抢占风口，无疑是当下这个时间节点众所关注的问题。</p><p>华为光产品线总裁陈帮华表示，未来十年，伴随<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/AI_1.html" target="_blank" class="keylink">AI</a>的飞速进化和商用模式创新，全行业、全场景都将逐步跨入智能时代。运营商需要打造一张F5G-A全光万兆+高品质运力网络，支持泛在10Gbps接入、1ms超低时延和6个9超高可靠性，满足个人、家庭和企业的智能应用接入，以及算力互联的网络需求。他解释说，从架构看，可以围绕三个方面建设网络。</p><p style="text-align: center;"><img title="" alt="" src="https://image.c114.com.cn/20240705/17201489189019.jpg"/></p><p>第一是立体联算骨干网：通过3D Mesh立体架构使能各算间联接无阻塞调度；通过400G超长距传输降低算间连接成本，轻松应对PB级别数据传输；通过光电协同ASON多路径保护能力提供99.9999%的超高可靠性联接，实现智算数据中心之间无损协同，保障<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/AI_1.html" target="_blank" class="keylink">AI</a>训练不会出现规模回退。值得一提的是，随着技术的成熟，400G较之100G单比特成本降低30%以上，建设骨干网400G是优选。</p><p>第二，一跳入算城域网：横向上，通过城域核心Mesh化组网，使智算数据中心之间以最短路径直达，实现1毫秒超低时延的算间互联；纵向上，通过OTN下沉到边缘，实现全光交换，业务一跳直达，入网即入算。</p><p>第三，万兆智能接入网：通过50G PON到家庭和10G FTTR到房间，打造万兆超宽管道；同时通过从Wi-Fi到OLT的端到端硬切片，令智能应用直通OTN硬管道网络，实现SLA可承诺。</p><p>陈帮华还在媒体圆桌中强调，算力需求增长促使数据中心加速向多层次、分布式演进，高品质运力网要解决的首要问题是把分布在不同区域的算力联接起来，形成“全国一台计算机”，并且要让个人、家庭和企业在使用算力时时延足够低，犹如打开水龙头就能瞬间获得自来水一样，最终在国内将会形成一个个“1ms-5ms-20ms”的时延圈。而在家庭终端方面，华为将持续做优做强FTTR产品，以最新一代的华为星光F50为例，通过智能链接、智能平台、智能应用助力运营商打造智慧家庭光联中枢。</p><p><strong>写在最后：抓住智能时代第一波机会窗</strong></p><p>种种迹象表明，F5G-A已扬帆起航，光产业也将迎来高速发展的黄金十年。通过网络能力上体验极限、联接边界、时空距离的“三大跨越”，先行者有望抓住智能时代第一波机会窗，实现业务发展的步步领先。</p><p>华为F5G-A目标网架构及相关产品与解决方案的提出，可谓恰逢其时。以此为基础，其与全球运营商开展商用创新实践并部署了166个商用局点，新业务的快速发展促进了运营商实现新的收入增长。</p><p>此次峰会上，国内外领先运营商代表们分享了全光万兆和高品质运力等F5G-A创新实践。比如中国电信基于全光网2.0、云网融合能力底座，AI+赋能焕新数字生活产品，助力发展新质生产力，让广大用户充分享受智能、安全、健康、绿色的美好数字新生活；中国移动践行“算力网络”理念，率先引入400G、OXC等技术，构建覆盖全国的“九州”算力光网，以光强算，以算赋业，持续深化“AI+”能百业千行；中国联通坚持做强网络连接，做优品质服务，全力推进全屋光宽带高质量发展，培育智能家庭网络生态；智利Entel借助400G/800G和OXC等新技术，打造领先的F5G-A全光目标网，使能数字智利战略；阿联酋e&持续发力技术创新，以网络覆盖和应用生态使能万兆业务成功，丰富阿联酋人的数字生活。</p><p>在华为与运营商们的双向奔赴下，相信F5G-A在全球范围的商用步伐将不断加快，全面点燃智能时代的创新热潮，将生产力与生活水平推上一个新的台阶。</p><p>
