<p>【锰矿】本周锰矿市场表现平淡，市场报价维持高位，下游钢招开启较晚，现货市场观望情绪较强，生产厂家以拉货为主，同时近期到港量较为稳定，整体库存不见下降，港口成交博弈实际有一定的起势，主流南非半碳酸维持34-34.5元/吨度，澳矿40元/吨度，加蓬37.5-38元/吨度，由于巴西矿整体较少，价格整体偏强。</p> <p>下游硅锰来看，本周受到用电影响，云南，贵州，广西，内蒙都出现不同程度的减产情况，导致本周日均产量29710吨，减1040吨。同时，内蒙地区电费上涨0.02元/度，宁夏可能出现的限产政策，带动硅锰期货现货信心均出现较为积极的反应，给本轮钢招再度造成一定影响，现货偏紧的情绪，可能引发近期硅锰易涨难跌的行情。</p> <p>综合来看，对于锰矿而言，上下游依然承压明显，上游矿山随着美元贬值，国内行情稍有好转，本轮报价可能无法给到较低成本，矿商持货成本压力较大，另一方面，下游硅锰面临减产压力，即使价格上升，但港口去库速度不佳的情况下，能传导到锰矿的利好却是不容乐观，预计锰矿下周，有一定挺价机会，高位或有尝试，但整体成交还需看终端钢招。</p> <p>【硅锰】国内硅锰高位运行，市场信心维持高位，南方产区出现不同程度的限电，本周南方产量影响较为明显，而内蒙电费同样出现上调0.02元/度的预期，宁夏虽满负荷生产，但对于限电控耗细则的公布则传闻较多，综合本周开工率（产能利用率）全国62.12%，较上周减3.31%；日均产量29710吨，减1040吨。港口锰矿成交略有减弱，但价格暂持稳，厂家端补货不积极，港口库存略有增加，6月钢招暂未大面积开启，仅中信泰富7390-7800跨度较大的采价，而从厂家心态来看，6月钢招仍信心较足，且由于南方现货偏紧，涨价呼声高于北方。<br /> 锰矿方面来看，本周暂无最新海外矿山报盘，但海外矿山端也表示6月报盘已经销售完毕，接货情况良好，南非端内陆运输可能有问题出现，可能会影响6月装运进度，包括海运费的上升以及美元贬值等问题，不排除7月新一轮报盘小幅微微上调的可能。<br /> 钢厂方面，由于目前钢厂端生产较好，需求稳定，5月部分指标钢厂库存天数环比低于上月同期，虽近期<a href="https://gc.mysteel.com/">钢价</a>下滑，且锰硅期货盘面价格不稳，钢厂预计6月采购有所拖延，但由于近期南方出现限电，宁夏政策悬而未决，低价采购硅锰难度有所增加。<br /> 综合来看，短期市场情绪均较好，虽宁夏区域企业仍满负荷生产，但由于当地一季度耗能超标，各方对于其控耗政策的猜测不断，也导致期货盘面价格波动频繁，而南方广西由于电力出现缺口，部分合金企业有20-30%减停产出现，云南当地较多企业同样受限电影响，大部分处于半停产状态，贵州大厂同样由于电煤紧张，降耗30%，不少云南企业甚至去贵州调货完成订单，种种现象表现短期南方现货将逐步趋紧，而又临6月钢招，不排除厂家端对于6月钢招定价预期上升，叠加有华东钢招7400-7800区间出现，更让厂家端信心上升，下周期货盘面预计仍有政策炒作空间，而6月钢招也即将展开，短期硅锰价格处于易涨难跌趋势内。</p> style='color:#3861ab'>硅铁</a>】本周硅铁市场震荡运行，现货价格小幅回调，市场消息层出不穷，主要围绕宁夏能耗双控以及内蒙大厂是否停炉展开，目前均未有明确的消息，截止至周五市场主流72硅铁报价集中在7500-7600元/吨现金自然块，75硅铁报价8000-8200元/吨现金自然块，陕西区域72硅铁报价略低，在7400元/吨上下，厂家库存低位，现货报价维持坚挺。</p> <p>厂家方面，市场传言内蒙古大厂为完成双控任务，现停8台25500KVA硅锰矿热炉，检修8台硅铁矿热炉，大厂方面未给明确回复，其他区域厂家生产积极性尚可，本周（5.27）<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>Mysteel</a>统计全国136家独立硅铁企业样本：开工率（产能利用率）全国54.86%，较上周增0.72%，日均产量17661吨，较上周增130吨。</p> <p>钢厂方面，钢厂招标价格居高难下，前两天由于期货价格下调，中天钢铁在7950元/吨完成6月招标，沙钢，南钢等近期也将敲定定6月招标价格，华南区域钢厂招标价格偏高，基本在8000元/吨以上，预计6月钢厂招标将会在8000元/吨上下，高低价都会有，主要看各家钢厂采购时间节点。</p> <p>片钒市场来看，川威、德胜、建龙周一公布6月新一轮定价，价格在承兑12万元/吨，此价格相较于前期市场预期尚有一点差距。中小厂暂不对外报价，大多数根据实单商谈价格，据了解，厂家心理成交价位多在现金12万以上，下游采购方对此价格接受程度有限，成交较为零散。</p> <p>钒铁来看，本周主流报价在现金12.7-13.2万元/吨，大厂报价一直比较坚挺，给予市场一定信心支撑，本周钒铁钢招价格基本围绕在承兑12.8万元/吨，此轮价格对于钒铁企业来看尚有一定的利润空间，厂家对后市信心尚足。</p>
