the way I am learning things. I highly recommend this course to everyone. It’s nothing but <a class="af nh" href="https://openclassrooms.com/en/courses/5281811-learn-how-to-learn" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank"><strong class="nk gv"><em class="og">learning how to learn</em></strong></a><strong class="nk gv"><em class="og">. </em></strong>I believe we are all learning machines that continuously strive to learn something one way or another. If something we are doing every second, we have to learn it to get the most out of it. It’s all about sharpening the saw before you start cutting the tree.</p><p id="53f3" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl nm nn no np nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">In my journey of the course, I learned about the ten golden principles of learning, everyone should ask these to themselves and understand their relationship with learning, and here is my take on these.</p><h1 id="c87c" class="oh oi gu bf oj ok ol om on oo op oq or os ot ou ov ow ox oy oz pa pb pc pd pe bk">1. I craft my self consciously</h1><p id="c967" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl pf nn no np pg nr ns nt ph nv nw nx pi nz oa ob pj od oe of gn bk"><em class="og">Q) In what ways do I see learning as a means for self-design and conscious evolution.</em></p><p id="6ec4" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl nm nn no np nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">I believe learning is something which crafts our life. It not only gives knowledge but also creates wisdom. It improves my ability to think and respond to every situation in life. It defines who I am today and who I am going to be tomorrow. So if I’m conscious of what I’m learning, then I can craft my life in that direction.</p><h1 id="6a6b" class="oh oi gu bf oj ok ol om on oo op oq or os ot ou ov ow ox oy oz pa pb pc pd pe bk">2. I can learn anything anytime</h1><p id="084c" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl pf nn no np pg nr ns nt ph nv nw nx pi nz oa ob pj od oe of gn bk"><em class="og">Q) Do I believe I can learn anything?</em></p><p id="1886" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl nm nn no np nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">YES, I believe if I can keep my heart into it, I can learn it. Be it about the space ship or crafting a mobile. It’s all about my interest and love towards that <strong class="nk gv">process.</strong></p><h1 id="6a51" class="oh oi gu bf oj ok ol om on oo op oq or os ot ou ov ow ox oy oz pa pb pc pd pe bk">3. Learning happens outside the classroom</h1><p id="4744" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl pf nn no np pg nr ns nt ph nv nw nx pi nz oa ob pj od oe of gn bk"><em class="og">Q) What’s the difference between learning in school and outside of school?</em></p><p id="963a" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl nm nn no np nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">In school, I think we became soo unidirectional that we don’t know that so many things exist in the world. But outside, we are learning every time. Whenever we see, we grasp something which is kind of learning. We interact with humans. We learn their emotions, behaviors even from animals, trees, and objects.</p><h1 id="692b" class="oh oi gu bf oj ok ol om on oo op oq or os ot ou ov ow ox oy oz pa pb pc pd pe bk">4. Learning is connected to the environment</h1><p id="6201" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl pf nn no np pg nr ns nt ph nv nw nx pi nz oa ob pj od oe of gn bk"><em class="og">Q) What environment provides you with the best learning conditions? What situation is so difficult to learn?</em></p><p id="2b1a" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl nm nn no np nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">As I said everything we see, we feel, we touch, we grasp something out of it. If I am in a movie, I learn that movie. If I’m in a science exhibition even though I don’t like it, I’ll grasp something out of it. So I believe whatever I want to learn, I have to create my environment to support that. I’ll strive more in a place where it’s peaceful and comfy like my workspace in my home. A quiet place in my office. A park.</p><p id="3d19" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl nm nn no np nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">Environments like noise have an impact on my learning experience. Since I’m not a multitasker so for me, the simple, the environment is the best I can learn.</p><h1 id="025e" class="oh oi gu bf oj ok ol om on oo op oq or os ot ou ov ow ox oy oz pa pb pc pd pe bk">5. Learning is meaningful</h1><p id="4627" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl pf nn no np pg nr ns nt ph nv nw nx pi nz oa ob pj od oe of gn bk"><em class="og">Q) When you found learning to be the most meaningful for you? How did it feel?</em></p><p id="c73a" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl nm nn no np nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">This current <a class="af nh" href="https://openclassrooms.com/en/courses/5281811-learn-how-to-learn" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">course</a>, I found soo meaningful that learning is also a verb that can be learned and improved. This idea is giving me a new scope for my new future. It feels good that I’m doing something which can sharpen the saw.</p><h1 id="d170" class="oh oi gu bf oj ok ol om on oo op oq or os ot ou ov ow ox oy oz pa pb pc pd pe bk">6. Learning is fun</h1><p id="cadb" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl pf nn no np pg nr ns nt ph nv nw nx pi nz oa ob pj od oe of gn bk"><em class="og">Q) What’s been the most fun learning experience?</em></p><p id="a8bb" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl nm nn no np nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">I still remember my days when I’m learning web designing. I don’t have any clue that time that I’ll become a passionate front end developer and earn my living out of it. But at that time, I did because it was fun to create circles and squares and to host them. I still remember my first square in the browser, which I refreshed 100 times just to see it again and again. It was amazing.</p><h1 id="f18c" class="oh oi gu bf oj ok ol om on oo op oq or os ot ou ov ow ox oy oz pa pb pc pd pe bk">7. Learning changes my brain</h1><p id="1321" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl pf nn no np pg nr ns nt ph nv nw nx pi nz oa ob pj od oe of gn bk"><em class="og">Q) Does the idea of learning feel different when I consider its impacts on my brain?</em></p><p id="f177" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl nm nn no np nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">Yes, of course, I believe in connection with the brain. The more we learn, the different we start behaving. Everything we see or seek is 100% directly proportional to the effect of the mind, which influences the whole nature of the body. So my intelligence is a relative term that can be increased or even decrease based on the information I’m grasping.</p><h1 id="fcbd" class="oh oi gu bf oj ok ol om on oo op oq or os ot ou ov ow ox oy oz pa pb pc pd pe bk">8. I integrate failure</h1><p id="5de8" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl pf nn no np pg nr ns nt ph nv nw nx pi nz oa ob pj od oe of gn bk"><em class="og">Q) How comfortable am I with learning from my failure?</em></p><p id="8dc2" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl nm nn no np nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">I believe if we learn something from failure, we remember a lot then something we learned from success. In my coding experience, all the knowledge which I gained is by understanding how a logic fails in different ways. This failure helps me to write better code. I think success stops our learning, where every failure will teach something.</p><h1 id="10d9" class="oh oi gu bf oj ok ol om on oo op oq or os ot ou ov ow ox oy oz pa pb pc pd pe bk">9. I take responsibility for my learning</h1><p id="7fec" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl pf nn no np pg nr ns nt ph nv nw nx pi nz oa ob pj od oe of gn bk"><em class="og">Q) When do I blame others for my poor learning experience?</em></p><p id="8e71" class="pw-post-body-paragraph ni nj gu nk b nl nm nn no np nq nr ns nt nu nv nw nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of gn bk">I remember my college days, where I used to blame my lectures on how he/she didn’t teach well of a particular subject. But now I realized that they didn’t fail to teach, but I failed to receive the information.
