Ziska, PhD, is an Associate Professor in the Environmental Health Sciences at the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University.<br /> <br /> He has worked extensively on documenting the impact of climate change and rising carbon dioxide levels on human health through a botanical lens, including allergies, nutrition, plant-based medicine and pesticide exposure. Dr. Ziska was a contributor to the 1995, 2001, 2007, 2014 and 2022 International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) reports and to the 2014 and 2018 National Climate Assessment (NCA).
