Solchen Aeusserungen erteilte Lange eine Absage mit der Bemerkung, vor allem fuer den Mittelstand sei solch eine Loesung wenig attraktiv, da man bei frueherem Beginn zum Standaufbau auch das Wochenende einbeziehen muesste, was fuer erhebliche Mehrkosten sorgen wuerde.\nLange, der betonte, in der Vergangenheit kein Anhaenger einer Verkuerzung der CeBIT gewesen zu sein und der im Verlauf der Messe auch die Moeglichkeit einer wieder nach altem Zeitplan ablaufenden CeBIT genannt hatte, geht davon aus, dass es zunaechst bei sieben Messetagen bleibt: \"Allerdings ist da das letzte Wort noch nicht gesprochen\".\nBefragt nach der vom 28. August bis 1. September 1996 erstmals stattfindenden CeBIT Home, sagte Lange, dass 300 der 6507 auf der CeBIT 1996 ausstellenden Hersteller auch fuer diese Messe ihren Auftritt zugesagt haben. Insgesamt haetten bisher 500 Hersteller ihr Auftreten angekuendigt. Die Messeveranstalter rechnen mit etwa 700 rund 600000 Besucher das Messegelaende im Sueden von Hannover angesteuert. Das sind etwa 155000 weniger als vor einem Jahr. Vor allem die Privatbesucher haetten, so Lange, die CeBIT wesentlich weniger frequentiert als noch im Vorjahr: 218000 der scherzhaft, wiewohl halboffiziell auch als Hasiwes (“Haben Sie Werbegeschenke?”) bezeichneten Besucher 1995 standen nach Angaben Langes nur mehr 140000 solche Gaeste in diesem Jahr gegenueber.</p> <p>Streitpunkt im Haendlerbeirat scheint immer noch die Verkuerzung der CeBIT zu sein: Haeufig konnte man auch von Ausstellern in Hannover die Kritik hoeren, man haette die Messe nicht in der ersten, sondern in der zweiten Wochenhaelfte um einen Tag verkuerzen sollen. Solchen Aeusserungen erteilte Lange eine Absage mit der Bemerkung, vor allem fuer den Mittelstand sei solch eine Loesung wenig attraktiv, da man bei frueherem Beginn zum Standaufbau auch das Wochenende einbeziehen muesste, was fuer erhebliche Mehrkosten sorgen wuerde.</p> <p>Lange, der betonte, in der Vergangenheit kein Anhaenger einer Verkuerzung der CeBIT gewesen zu sein und der im Verlauf der Messe auch die Moeglichkeit einer wieder nach altem Zeitplan ablaufenden CeBIT genannt hatte, geht davon aus, dass es zunaechst bei sieben Messetagen bleibt: “Allerdings ist da das letzte Wort noch nicht gesprochen”.</p></div></div></div><div class="show@md"> <div class="grid grid--cols-10@md grid--cols-8@lg"> <div class="col-12 col-10@md col-8@lg col-6@xl col-start-3@xl"> <div class="advert advert--bleed-right"> <div class="advert__container"> <div class="advert__content"> <div class="ad page-ad has-ad-prefix ad-article" data-ad-template="article" data-ofp="false"></div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div><div class="grid grid--cols-10@md grid--cols-8@lg article-column">  <div class="col-12 col-10@md col-6@lg col-start-3@lg">  <div class="article-column__content">  <p>Befragt nach der vom 28.
