geplanten Einfluss psychoaktiver Substanzen verstanden. Besonders häufig werden dazu Substanzen wie GHB/GBL, Mephedron, Ketamin, Methamphetamin (Crystal), Poppers, Kokain oder Amphetamin verwendet. Der Begriff Chemsex stammt aus der internationalen Schwulenszene und ist auch in der Schweiz verbreitet. Oft werden dabei über soziale Medien (Dating-Apps) private Treffen verabredet, um dort (halb-) anonymen Sex mit gezieltem Einsatz psychoaktiver Substanzen und potenzsteigernder Mittel zu haben. </p><p>Auch wenn psychoaktive Substanzen vorwiegend für Sex konsumiert werden, kann es nach längeren Konsumphasen ohne Ruhepausen zu Sinnestäuschungen (visuelle und akustische Halluzinationen), Angst und Paranoia (akute psychotische Zustände) kommen. Mach daher am besten mehrere Wochen Pause zwischen den Konsumtagen, damit sich Körper und Psyche ausreichend erholen können. Achte auf eine ausgewogene Ernährung und genug Schlaf.</p><p>Wenn Sex sehr häufig unter Substanzeinfluss praktiziert wird, besteht das Risiko, dass Sex ohne Substanzeinfluss seinen Reiz verliert oder nicht mehr möglich ist (u.a. Libidomangel).</p><p>‍</p><h4><strong>Umgebung</strong></h4><p>Chemsex findet meistens an (halb-) privaten Sexparties statt, welche häufig mehrere Tage dauern. Oft werden solche Sexparties über den Freundeskreis und via Online-Plattformen wie z.B. Grindr organisiert.</p><p>‍</p><h4><strong>Slamming</strong></h4><p>Unter Slamming wird der intravenöse Konsum psychoaktiver Substanzen verstanden.</p><p>Slamming ist besonders gefährlich, weil die Wirkung der jeweiligen Substanz sofort eintritt und darum die Gefahr einer Überdosierung und der Abhängigkeitsentwicklung grösser ist als bei anderen Applikationsformen wie Sniffen, Schlucken oder Rauchen. Bei intravenösem Konsum besteht ein massiv erhöhtes Risiko, sich mit HIV und Hepatitis C anzustecken, wenn Spritzen gemeinsam benutzt werden.</p><p>Achte auf eine geeignete Umgebung und konsumiere nur, wenn du dich auch wohl fühlst. Überlege dir gut, mit wem du zusammen «slammst» und ob du dir vorstellen kannst, von dieser Person eventuell auch gespritzt zu werden. Verwende stets eigene Spritze, Nadel und Tupfer.</p><p>Hygiene ist wichtig: Benutze einen Abbinder, Alkoholtupfer und für jede Injektion eine neue sterile Spritze und Kanüle. Wichtig: Jeder benutzt seine eigene Spritze; Spritzen also nie weitergeben! Dadurch kannst du die Gefahr einer Hepatitis-C-Infektion oder einer HIV-Infektion verhindern.</p><p>Wenn du nach der Injektion das Gefühl hast, keine Luft zu bekommen und einen starken Hustenreiz verspürst, setz dich aufrecht hin und halte den Arm hoch, in den gespritzt wurde. Drücke ein sauberes Taschentuch fest auf die Einstichstelle.</p><p>Venenschonender ist es, wenn du die Dosis «up your bum» einnimmst (ohne Kanüle hinter den Schliessmuskel spritzen). Die Wirkstärke bleibt gleich, nur der Wirkeintritt verzögert sich – und es ist schonender für den Kreislauf als beim Slammen. Ebenfalls weniger gesundheitsschädigend wäre oraler oder nasaler Konsum. </p><p>‍</p><h4><strong>Substanzen</strong></h4><p>Bei jedem Konsum psychoaktiver Substanzen sollten die Safer-Use-Botschaften sowie Drug, Set und Setting berücksichtigt werden. Dies gilt (speziell) auch für Sexparties, wo der Konsum über längere Zeiträume, mit teilweise unbekannten Personen und mittels gefährlicher Konsumformen (Slamming) stattfindet.</p><p>Psychoaktive Substanzen können dein Safer-Sex-Verhalten beeinflussen. Eine gesteigerte Risikobereitschaft und die Unterdrückung des Schmerzgefühls erhöhen die Wahrscheinlichkeit für lange und harte «Sessions», bei denen möglicherweise keine Kondome oder Handschuhe (beim Fisten) benutzt und die Schleimhäute stark beansprucht werden. Die Gefahr von HIV-, Hepatitis- und anderen Infektionen ist gross.</p><p>Bei langen Sessions wird leicht die Einnahme von HIV-Medikamenten vergessen, was zu einer Resistenz gegenüber den Medikamenten führen kann. Mischen birgt zusätzliche hohe gesundheitliche Risiken.
