Vissa sänker den, andra höjer. </p> <p>För år 2024 måste kommunerna ange sin skatteprocent med en tiondels noggrannhet. Det innebär att alla kommuner justerar sin skatteprocent tills nästa år.</p><p>Stadsfullmäktige i Vanda och kommunfullmäktige i Kyrkslätt godkände på måndagen (13.11) budgetarna för nästa år.</p><p>Det här innebär att skattesatserna samtidigt klubbades igenom. Vanda höjer inkomstskatten från 6,36 procent i år till 6,4 procent nästa år. Den allmänna fastighetsskatten i Vanda landar nästa år på 1,28 procent.</p><p>Kyrkslätt väljer att avrunda inkomstskatten neråt, från 7,11 procent i år till 7,1 procent nästa år. Fastighetsskatten är 1,3 procent nästa år.</p><p>Också stadsfullmäktige i Grankulla fastställde skattesatserna på måndagen. Grankullabornas inkomstskatt stiger från 6,36 procent i år till 6,4 procent nästa år. Den allmänna fastighetsskatten landar på 0,93 procent.</p><h2 class="ydd-heading-large">Helsingfors och Esbo väljer lägre skatteprocent</h2><p><a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20231117203611/https://svenska.yle.fi/a/7-10044695">Helsingfors </a>och <a class="deco-link" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20231117203611/https://svenska.yle.fi/a/7-10044047">Esbo</a> har redan tidigare i år valt att avrunda sina skatteprocenter neråt.</p><p>Båda ständernas inkomstskatt landar på 5,3 procent nästa år (5,36 år 2023).</p><p>Samtliga kommuners kommunalskatteprocent sänktes med 12,64 procentenheter ifjol då vården flyttade över från kommunerna till de nya välfärdsområdena. Så för 2023 bestämdes skattesatserna på statlig nivå. Det visar en undersökning som Finlands social och hälsa, SOSTE, har gjort.</p><p>Det här skulle innebära en ökning på 9 procent i antalet personer med små inkomster. I år beräknas ungefär 22 000 personer i Österbotten ha små inkomster.</p><p>I Mellersta Österbotten beräknas ökningen vara 660 personer eller 7,9 procent. Både Österbotten och Mellersta Österbotten ligger under landets medeltal på 9,2 procent.</p><p>När det gäller barn klarar sig de österbottniska landskapen bra jämfört med resten av landet. I Österbotten beräknas antalet personer under 18 år med små inkomster öka med 6,3 procent. Först röstade man mellan en höjning till 1,8 procent och att behålla den nuvarande skattesatsen på 1,6 procent. Men nu gjorde man bedömningen att det är bättre att höja i god tid än att riskera att sitta där med minusresultat om några år.</p><p>Samtidigt ska det skäras lite i det budgetförslag som kommunstyrelsen återremitterade härom veckan.</p><p>– Det är under arbete och det verkar som att sektorerna lyckas spara lite.</p><p>Heir säger att kommunen siktar på ett plusresultat, eller
