and so on. Molybdenum alloy sintering method is often to choose hydrogen sintering and vacuum sintering method. Hydrogen has a certain reduction action and the molybdenum oxide in the oxide will be reduced by hydrogen, so that the oxygen content of materials reduced to dozens of ug/g or, less is conducive to improving the performance of the alloy. TZM alloy doped with titanium, zirconium and other active elements, these active elements will react with hydrogen impurities to produce oxides, nitrides, hydrides and so on, resulting in high impurity content in TZM alloy, affecting the mechanical properties of alloys, so it is suitable for vacuum sintering. It is not only can effectively reduce oxygen and nitrogen content, but also is conducive to improving the performance of the alloy.</p> <p align="justify">TZM alloy sintering temperature: TZM alloy produced by powder metallurgy method. The molybdenum powder and alloy additives mixed in the mixer evenly, pressed into bar by cold isostatic pressing machine, and then pre-sintered in high-temperature furnace and sintering temperature is 1,400℃, heating preservation for 1 hour.
