18px;">液压油过滤器的主要作用是过滤液压油液，液压系统中不可避免的出现各种杂质。其来源主要有：清洗后仍残留在液压系统中的机械杂质，如水锈、铸砂、焊渣、铁屑、涂料、油漆皮和棉纱屑等，外部进入液压系统的杂质，如经加油口和防尘圈等处进入的灰尘：工作过程产生的杂质，如密封件受液压作用形成的碎片，运动作相对磨损产生的金属粉末，油液因氧化变质产生的胶质、沥青质、炭渣等。</span></p><p 上述杂质混入液压油后，随着液压油的循环作用，将到处起破坏作用，严重影响液压系统的正常工作，如使液压元件中相对运动部件之间的很小间隙（以计）以及节流小孔和缝隙卡死或堵塞；破坏相对运动部件之间的油膜，划伤间隙表面，增大内部泄露，降低效率，增加发热，加剧油液的化学作用，使油液变质。根据生产统计，液压系统中的故障的75%以上是由于液压油中混入杂质造成的，因此维护油液的清洁，防止油液的污染，对液压系统是很重要的。</span></p><p><span
