O professor pode exercer uma mediacao pedagogica caracterizada por um comportamento de suscitador, facilitador e orientador da aprendizagem. Para tal pode servir-se do Facebook para interagir com os estudantes, criando um ambiente de familiaridade e informalidade. Apresenta-se aqui um caso de lecionacao num curso de mestrado academico em Educacao que funciona em regime b-learning e no qual foi usado o Facebook, para alem da plataforma institucional, como forum de discussao e espaco de partilha de trabalhos e sensibilidades. Para recolha de dados foram usadas as tecnicas da observacao e analise de documentos. Será apresentada uma pesquisa qualiquantitativa, integrada a um grupo de pesquisa, o qual ofereceu uma formação continuada de professores, indígenas (na Aldeia Bananal, município de Aquidauana, MS) e não indígenas (de uma Universidade Privada), voltada para as discussões sobre as tecnologias no contexto educacional, com foco na interconectividade, linguagem e colaboração. Os resultados construídos ao longo da pesquisa mostram que abordagens distintas das atuais utilizadas nas postagens pelos membros do grupo podem ser desenvolvidas para que haja mais interação mútua e interatividade entre os participantes. Trata-se de estudo transversal descritivo, realizado de agosto a dezembro de 2015, com questionário estruturado impresso autoaplicado a alunos de Medicina procedentes de instituição pública de Curitiba (PR). A amostra foi composta por 310 acadêmicos, com maior frequência feminina (58,1%; p = 0,005) e média de 23,3 anos de idade. O Facebook foi usado de modo espontâneo e informal para fins educacionais três vezes na semana por 68 (21,9%) alunos e diariamente por 188 alunos (60%; p &amp;lt; 0,0001). As ferramentas empregadas foram documentos (84,2%; p &amp;lt; 0,0001), mural (55%), bate-papo (50%) e eventos (49%). Os professores-autores são os que escreveram os fascículos pedagógicos utilizados em ambos os cursos, PEDEaD e ESPEaD. Eles lecionaram o curso de especialização para os professores-mediadores. Já o professor-mediador lecionou online e presencialmente os professores-alunos. O PEDEaD teve uma baixa evasão escolar de 6%. Aqui analisamos a mediação do professor-mediador segundo o critério das quatro funções docentes online: a pedagógica, a social, a técnica e a gerencial. Foi feita uma análise de conteúdo das mensagens postadas pelos professores-mediadores nos fóruns online da disciplina Bases Pedagógicas do Trabalho Escola. O software NVIVO foi utilizado para a organização dos dados qualitativos e como suporte para analise de conteúdo dos fóruns de discussão. A pesquisa aqui discutida analisa como a argumentação se organiza no desenvolvimento da tomada de uma decisão crítico-colaborativa sobre qual livro didático adotar para um curso específico (MAGALHÃES, 2009). O processo ocorreu entre cinco professores e duas coordenadoras em um contexto de ensino da língua inglesa para a mobilidade estudantil universitária, em uma universidade federal brasileira, na rede social online Facebook. O grupo em questão procura basear suas ações de educação docente no arcabouço teórico-metodológico crítico- colaborativo e na argumentação denominada colaborativa (MAGALHÃES, 2014), na qual o processo de ensino-aprendizagem oferece aos professores em formação chances de exposição de ideias, pontos de vista, suportes, contra- argumentos com seus suportes e novas posições por meio de sínteses crítico-colaborativas (LIBERALI, 2013). Docência na educação a distância: Práticas e estratégias pedagógicas dos diferentes agentes RESUMO: Este artigo apresenta as dificuldades encontradas pelos tutores a distancia na orientação dos alunos na elaboração de projeto escolar-comunitário. A pesquisa está pautada em uma metodologia construtivista e interativa que prioriza o diálogo na construção do conhecimento. Expõe-se o processo de crescimento da educação a distancia no Brasil, em seguida apresenta-se a mediação pedagógica enquanto conjunto de ações que se intervém buscando-se facilitar o processo ensinoaprendizagem. A estratégia utilizada no Curso Educação Ambiental à Distância para a elaboração de projetos mostrou-se como um caminho teórico-metodológico que possibilita a construção consistente da aprendizagem aprofundando o conhecimento dos alunos, mas que para que essa metodologia alcance de fato o objetivo proposto pressupõe-se de um público-alvo mais amadurecido.
