avgöranden. Vid verkställighet i en medlemsstat av ett avgörande som har meddelats i en annan medlemsstat ska den part som begär verkställighet till den behöriga verkställande myndigheten inge a) en kopia av avgörandet och b) relevant intyg.</p> <p>I bilagor till förordningen finns nio standardformulär.</p> <p>Förordningen underlättar också överföring mellan medlemsstaterna av officiella handlingar och överenskommelser om hemskillnad och äktenskapsskillnad eller om frågor som rör föräldraansvar.</p> <p>Mekanismen för ett snabbt återlämnande vid bortförande av barn bygger till stor del på mekanismen för återlämnande i 1980 års Haagkonvention, som förordningen kompletterar. Den säkerställer också ett snabbare förfarande för återlämnande av barn (högst sex veckor i första instans och högst sex veckor i varje överprövningsinstans). Dessutom måste centralmyndigheten behandla ansökan på ett effektivt sätt (mottagandet av ansökan ska bekräftas inom fem dagar).</p> <p>Förordningen ger också barnen möjlighet att uttrycka egna åsikter under förfaranden rörande föräldraansvar och internationella bortföranden av barn.</p> <p>Förordningen främjar ett bättre samarbete mellan centralmyndigheter, som är föräldrarnas direkta kontaktpunkt.
