Failure to adhere to this could result in being asked to leave the Event.</p><p>All visitors must register in their own name and display a valid visitor badge. Registrants must not allow their badge to be worn by anyone else. Breaching this policy is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being expelled from the event and future events by Encore Media Group Ltd.</p><p>There is no entry to those under 18 years old unless previously authorised. Please make alternative childcare arrangements, Encore Media Group Ltd offer no childcare facilities at the Expo.</p><p><strong>Cancellations & Refunds policy</strong></p><p>Full refunds cannot be provided. You may be able to transfer your ticket to an alternative event, or to a colleague if you cannot attend the booked event.</p><p>In respect of any conference we reserve the right to vary the content, timetable, location or speakers, or to cancel the event. In such circumstances we accept no liability for the variation or cancellation, but in the event of a cancellation only, we will provide a credit which can be redeemed as a delegate pass to any future Encore Media Group event within a 12 month timeframe.</p><p><strong>Force Majeure</strong></p><p>Encore Media Group Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations, including cancelling or rescheduling an event, if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster; strikes or labour disputes; terrorist attack, civil unrest or riots, war, threat of war or other armed conflict, the imposition of sanctions or embargo; infectious diseases, epidemic or pandemic, biological, nuclear or chemical contamination; any law, action or directive given or taken by a government or public authority; collapse of building, accidents, or fire; breakdown of plant or machinery; or the interruption or failure of a utility service (“Force Majeure”).</p><p>Encore Media Group Ltd will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if an event for which you have registered is affected by a Force Majeure. By attending the Event, visitors consent to such filming and photography and Encore Media Group Ltd is entitled to use all videos and photographs of visitors, for marketing and promotional purposes in all or any media, without compensation or liability.</p><p><strong>Drinking</strong></p><p>Encore Media Group Ltd accepts no responsibility for the actions of others while under the influence of alcohol served at any event hosted by Encore Media Group Ltd, including the official party, location to be confirmed.
