href="https://huanbao.bjx.com.cn">北极星环保网讯</a>:<strong>前言</strong></p><p>众所周知，燃煤电厂是用水的大户，它的耗水量约占工业用水的20%，在我国仍以火力发电为主的电力结构中，特别是北方缺煤、少水的地区，缺水将会成为制约电力发展的首要问题，与此同时，我国的燃煤电厂与国外尤其是美、欧、日等西方发达国家电厂先进的用水量相比，其用水量、排水量大的问题仍比较严重，用水水平与国外先进水平比有着较大的差距，客观上也说明我国燃煤电厂的节水潜力巨大。燃煤电厂<a target='_blank' href="https://huanbao.bjx.com.cn/tech/search_hyt0_hys0_zn0_key%b7%cf%cb%ae%c1%e3%c5%c5%b7%c5.html" title="废水零排放新闻专题">废水零排放</a>是<a target='_blank' href="https://huanbao.bjx.com.cn/tech/search_hyt0_hys0_zn0_key%b5%e7%b3%a7%d3%c3%cb%ae.html" title="电厂用水新闻专题">电厂用水</a>的最高水平，所谓零排放是指不向外界排放对环境有任何不良影响的水，进入电厂的水除了以蒸汽的形式蒸发到大气中外，其余的都处理后综合回用，零排放使电厂从外部获取的新鲜水量最少，这样可以缓解水资源日益短缺的问题，同时没有废水的外排可以避免废水污染环境，提高周围的环境质量。</p><p>通常燃煤电厂锅炉烟气采用石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫，为防止脱硫过程中浆液内可溶解的氯离子和细小的灰尘颗粒浓度富集过高，需要从系统中排放一定量的<a target='_blank' href="https://huanbao.bjx.com.cn/tech/search_hyt0_hys0_zn0_key%cd%d1%c1%f2%b7%cf%cb%ae.html" title="脱硫废水新闻专题">脱硫废水</a>，以维持脱硫装置中物料的平衡。脱硫废水含有的杂质主要为固体悬浮物、过饱和亚硫酸盐、硫酸盐、氯化物以及重金属，其中很多物质为国家环保标准中要求严格控制的第一类污染物，这些元素在炉膛内高温条件下进行一系列的化学反应，生成了多种不同的化合物。一部分化合物随炉渣排出炉膛，另外一部分随烟气进入脱硫装置吸收塔，溶解于吸收浆液中，并且在吸收浆液循环系统中不断浓缩，最终脱硫废水中的杂质含量很高。所以，脱硫废水必须经过处理才能进行综合回用，实现脱硫废水的零排放。从可持续发展的观点看，随着水资源日益的匮乏，环保要求的逐步严格，脱硫废水的零排放是电厂用水发展的一种趋势。并且具有较好的社会、环境效益和经济效益。</p><p><strong>1脱硫废水零排放现有主要技术过程与运行情况简述</strong></p><p>脱硫废水零排放现有主要技术过程是首先采用三联箱工艺技术进行预处理，主要作用是去除悬浮物、重金属及部分COD、氟化物、硫化物并调整pH等，然后进行浓缩除盐(主要是去除氯化物)形成高含盐浓水与低盐分的淡水，淡水直接回用，高含盐浓水最后进行蒸发，盐份析出成固态盐渣，盐渣成为固废或加工成工业盐使用。蒸发出来的水蒸汽经冷凝成液态水之后直接回用，达到脱硫废水零排放的目标。脱硫废水因其高悬浮物、高盐分、含有多种重金属及COD、氟化物、硫化物超标等，绝大部分污染物成份需在预处理阶段去除，为后续的浓缩除盐打下良好的基础，因此预处理过程是整个脱硫废水零排放处理过程的重要组成部分。其运行稳定情况、处理效果的好坏直接关系到后续除盐工艺的稳定运行，是整个零排放处理技术过程能否实现的前提与基础。当前很长一段时间以来，困扰三联箱工艺预处理过程的主要因素是药剂加入种类多(约5种以上)、且加入量要求相对准确，对工艺控制要求高，系统耐负荷冲击性较差，形成的固废多、极易造成三联箱系统出现堵塞故障、导致运行与出水水质不稳定等诸多问题，制约了脱硫废水零排放处理工艺技术的发展。</p><p><strong>2已有的研究成果及基础条件</strong></p><p>针对脱硫废水零排放三联箱预处理工艺技术存在的一些问题，当大部分工程技术人员集中注意力解决三联箱预处理系统工程技术问题而束手无策时，某公司研发应用团队从水处理材料的角度来研究与分析问题，集中精力研发了DBS新型高分子材料处理脱硫废水，并取得了积极进展。结合DBS新型高分子处理材料配套研发了DM一体化脱硫废水处理系统设备，整合成DBS/DM一体化系统处理技术，并在小试、中试成功的基础上，逐步在燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放预处理领域展开工业化应用，并取得阶段性成果。</p><p>2.1 DBS新型高分子材料简介</p><p>DBS新型高分子材料是专门针对包括脱硫废水在内的污水专用处理材料，呈固体粉末状，难溶于水，比重比水大。内含有螯合基团，对重金属有较强吸附与螯合效果。DBS对水中微细悬浮物有很好混凝、絮凝效果，形成的絮凝物(矾花)颗粒大，易沉降，在水中固液分离效果好。本身无毒，对水体无二次污染等。其主要特点是在不需要调节pH的情况下就可快速去除悬浮物、重金属及部分COD、氟化物、硫化物等污染物，出水外观无色、清澈透明。由于构成了较稳定的螯合与絮凝反应体系，对脱硫废水进水流量、水质一般性的正常波动，均能够维持稳定运行，耐负荷冲击性能较好。形成的污泥松散性好且有一定的自润滑性能，因此不会出现系统堵塞的故障。由于DBS新型高分子材料是一种高效复合型水处理药剂，具有多功能性的特点，大为简化了加药系统，简化了预处理系统的工艺过程与操作步骤，为预处理系统的稳定运行创造了良好的前提条件。</p><p>2.2 DM一体化处理系统简介</p><p>DM一体化处理系统是结合DBS新型高分子处理材料专门针对包括脱硫废水在内的污水处理研发的专用系统设备。其主要特点首先是自带自动加药系统，不需额外配备与投资建设药剂配制与贮存系统。其次是功能全，集进水缓冲区，螯合、混凝、絮凝等物化反应与搅拌区，1～4级重力沉降(固液分离)区，出水缓冲区等污水处理过程与功能于一体，采用进口耐腐蚀潜水式搅拌器，高性能多层防腐涂层，高度集成的专用脱硫废水处理成套系统设备。因DBS水处理药剂材料实际使用过程中，投加量少，物化反应速度快，沉降速度快，固液分离效果好的特点，在处理脱硫废水能力10～15m3/h时，设备外形设计与制造的尺寸大为缩小，主体部分设备长宽高为3.95m×2.00m×2.30m，全容积15m3。运输方便，安装简单，甚至不需建设专门的混凝土基础，可整体移动等优点，对现场安装条件要求极低，尤其解决了部分燃煤电厂现场设备布置已十分紧凑、场地紧张有限、设备难以布置的现实问题。</p><p><strong>3 DBS/DM一体化脱硫废水预处理技术原理与工艺过程</strong></p><p>3.1预处理技术原理</p><p>在DM一体化处理系统中，脱硫废水在潜水搅拌机的搅拌作用下，与投药箱出来的高分子DBS复合处理剂在反应区均匀混合，所含的螯合重金属基团迅速与水中含有的重金属离子进行高效配位与螯合，形成稳定的重金属络合物。DBS的关键特性之一就是对各类重金属的高效选择吸附性;关键特性之二就是其本身在处理前后均难溶解于水中，始终以固体悬浮物的形式存在于废水中，利于后续的沉淀分离;与此同时，由于DBS亦是一种极性高分子，加入水中后可破坏废水中的电平衡，促使废水中极微细的悬浮固体相互凝聚，形成较大固体颗粒，且由于水的浸润与极性作用，DBS高分子链会延伸展开，并具有一定的极性，具有独特的捕捉、吸附废水中细小悬浮颗粒的特性，且其本身难溶于水，且比重比水大，捕捉吸附了细小颗粒的DBS形成了类似网状的结构，进一步捕捉与吸附其他微小悬浮颗粒，形成良性循环，直至颗粒越长越大，将废水中含有的细小悬浮物颗粒一并捕捉吸附形成比重较大易于沉降的固体大颗粒絮凝体(矾花)，在沉降区中迅速沉降下来，体现出优良的固液分离效果。高效去除废水中的悬浮物、重金属、及部分COD与氟化物等，为后续的浓缩除盐工艺过程创造良好的水质条件。</p><p>3.2工艺过程简述</p><p>将收集箱内脱硫废水用泵引入DM一体化处理系统进水缓冲区，经进一步均质与调速后，溢流进入反应区，在反应区中搅拌作用下，与投药箱自动投加进来的DBS粉状药剂材料均匀混合，在一、二级反应区中完成pH值调节、重金属吸附螯合、混凝与絮凝等物化反应，反应过程结束后泥水混合物自动溢流进入1～4级沉降区，完成泥水分离(即固液分离)过程，清水自流入出水缓冲区，并进行检测分析，然后自流入清水箱(池)，清水可送往浓缩除盐工艺进行除盐处理。DM一体化处理系统中沉降分离出来的污泥定期间歇自动排往污泥池，经污泥泵送往脱水机脱水后泥饼单独处理，滤液水进入脱硫废水收集箱重新参与处理过程。</p><p>主体工艺过程流程方框图如下图所示：</p><p alt="1.jpg"/></p><p><strong>4工业化应用情况</strong></p><p>4.1在湖南某发电公司的工业化应用情况</p><p>2016年7月，在湖南某发电公司新建一套DBS/DM一体化脱硫废水处理系统，处理能力10～15m3/h。新配制一根进水管道，直接将脱硫废水引入DM一体化处理系统，新型高分子DBS水处理药剂预先加入DM一体化系统自带的加药箱贮存，利用变频电机控制加药阀的旋转快慢，实现控制加药速度与加药量。在DM一体化系统反应区中将DBS药剂与脱硫废水均匀混合，完成pH稍微调整、螯合脱除重金属、絮凝悬浮物、去除部分COD、硫化物、氟化物的过程，出水溢流进入清水缓冲箱，并对pH、浊度、重金属及其他污染物成份定期抽样检测，其进出口水质情况如下表1所示。然后清水通过泵送往后续的浓缩除盐系统，进行零排放处理。DM一体化系统分离出来的污泥定期间歇自动排往污泥收集池，通过泵送往压滤机脱水后，泥饼单独进行无害化处置。</p><p>表1：</p><p title="2.png"/></p><p>从表1数据可以看出，进水水质存在不同程度波动的情况下，仍能够维持出水水质在一个合格的指标范围内，系统运行稳定性相对较好。</p><p>以下是对单个指标不同时间段的检测分析数据，具体情况如下：</p><p>(1)进水前后pH变化情况曲线图如图1所示。</p><p>图1：</p><p style="text-align: center"><img alt="4.png"/></p><p>备注：横坐标：取样次数，从坐标：SS含量(单位：mg/l)。</p><p>系列1——表示进水悬浮物SS变化曲线;</p><p>系列2——表示对应的出水悬浮物SS变化曲线;</p><p>根据图2数据表明，进水悬浮物平均含量在3800～31800mg/L范围，经处理后出水悬浮物含量≤19.38mg/L，远低于DL/T997-2006标准中规定的要求范围。</p><p>(3)进水前后总汞变化情况曲线图如图3所示。</p><p>图3：</p><p alt="6.png"/></p><p>备注：系列1——表示进水总锌含量变化曲线;</p><p>系列2——表示对应的出水总锌含量变化曲线;</p><p>根据图4数据表明，进水、出水的总锌含量均较低，低于DL/T997-2006标准中规定的要求范围。虽然未完全体现出原料药剂材料可以高效去除重金属的优势，但出水中总锌含量仍有下降趋势。</p><p>其他种类重金属在进出水中的含量下降趋势情况与上述情况类似，在此不再赘述。</p><p>(5)进水前后COD变化情况曲线图如图5所示。</p><p>图5：</p><p alt="7.png"/></p><p>备注：系列1——表示进水COD含量变化曲线;</p><p>系列2——表示对应的出水COD含量变化曲线;</p><p>根据图5检测数据表明，进水COD含量在超过150mg/L且低于200mg/L情况下，通过处理过程后出水COD含量可降至50mg/L以下，远低于DL/T997-2006标准中规定的要求范围。</p><p>实际上，在进水COD含量在200mg/L～500mg/L情况下，通过处理过程后出水COD含量可降至50～100mg/L以下，否则需另设置专门的去除COD的装置或方式方法。</p><p>其他指标在进出水中的含量下降趋势情况与上述情况类似，在此不再赘述。</p><p>总的情况来看，经DBS/DM一体化技术预处理的脱硫废水，可满足后续相关浓缩除盐系统技术的进水要求，最终实现零排放的目标。</p><p>4.2在陕西某发电公司的工业化应用情况</p><p>2017年3月，在陕西某发电公司新建一套DBS/DM一体化脱硫废水处理系统，处理能力10～15m3/h。该公司原来建设有三联箱脱硫废水处理系统，因石灰乳投加系统、三联箱处理系统易出现堵塞情况导致三联箱无法长周期稳定运行，导致脱硫废水处理后出水水质不稳定，且当原水水量、水质(主要是悬浮物)变化幅度大时，出水水质直接恶化。故障频繁，为现场生产管理与实际操作增加了很大难度，而DBS/DM一体化处理系统抗负荷冲击力强，不堵塞设备与管理，运行连续稳定。其进出口水质情况如下表2所示。</p><p>表2：</p><p title="10.png"/></p><p>总的情况来看，经DBS/DM一体化技术预处理的脱硫废水，可满足后续相关浓缩除盐系统技术的进水要求，最终实现零排放的目标。</p><p><strong>5结语</strong></p><p>根据脱硫废水高悬浮物、高盐、含多种类重金属的特点，以及当前脱硫废水零排放预处理工艺过程中存在的一些工程技术问题，创新研究思路，从预处理工艺所使用的药剂材料入手，研究开发了新型DBS高分子废水处理药剂材料，并且配套研发了DM一体化处理系统设备，整合成DBS/DM一体化系统处理技术，在达到处理效果的情况下，规避了三联箱处理系统及其药剂投加装置容易堵塞设备、管理导致运行不畅、效果不稳定的工程技术问题，并在工业化应用过程中达到了预期效果，为脱硫废水的稳定达标处理、直至实现零排放创造了稳定、可行的基础条件，具有较好的推广应用价值与良好的市场前景。</p></div><div
